" This company has been the worst business lay out ever with communicating to the staff and warehouses. I have never ever had service this bad in my life. What happen to me was I made an order over the phone and relaid all of the correct info on my part and vheicle to them and reviewed it several times. I paid for it them I got an email I checked my email ten muintes after my purchase and they screwed everything up my part number, the wrong size,and make and year of my vheicle and then sending it to the wrong address. So I call and cancel the order as soon as I got the email "ten minutes after the purchase" they tell me they can't send me the correct ones till the wrong one is conferred canceled by the warehouse and they tell me this could take two days. What two days! How is that? It wasn't even ten minutes ago the order was made. Well story goes on to they ship me the wrong part two days later even though I canceled it and will not refund my money till I ship it back to them so they can send me the correct part which they had again listed incorrectly by wrong vheicle again. I need the correct part my a time frame so I have to pay and order another part making sure everything is correct this time several time. So that I may make my repair for the deadline date and they screw it up again they put a hold on my new Oder for no reason which they said it need to be reviewed and this is on a completely new order. This put my deadline out of reach to achieve. I stat DO NOT use this company if you are wanting a stress free order or an order to be made in the correct time frame. This is the worst business I have ever have in my career of 25 year in the auto body industry. "
"Horrible customer service!!! Ordered and filled out everything for an FPO address. Get an email next day saying they need a physical address. Well dummy FPO addresses are overseas and you dont ship overseas so why even ask? I asked to cancel it and two email from me later still no responce. This place is pathetic, they are going to get pounded in all directions by me including fraud committed by them. I will enjoy myself.."
"UPDATE (11/5/12): After filing a complaint with the BBB the company has graciously offered to honor their websites quote for free shipping. It's good to see that the company cares about making their customers happy and to be active in resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer! I searched the Internet for a company that had free delivery and found AUTOANYTHING.COM with the advertised "free shipping" and ordered a Coverking Velour Dash Cover. Filled everything out and my order was processed. Well this morning I get an email that said my order was cancelled because I wasn't charged a shipping charge and if I wanted to resubmit my order it would be an additional $19.45! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM AUTOANYTHING.COM!"
"Beware when purchasing from this company. I purchased Nerf Bars for my 2008 Dodge Dakota, when the arrived, they wer NOT AT ALL like the image shown for the product number, but I decided I would try to see if they looked OK anyway. Loose fit assembly of one side, never removing protective covering and did not like appearance. Repackaged, received RMA from Customer Service and returned. 2 weeks later they shipped them back and recharged my credit card stating the manufacturer refused the product as having been scratched and dented. The photos they provided showed areas of the product that I had never removed protective covering from. Live and learn I guess."
"This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Apparently, I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I placed an order for floor mats on 09-18-12. As of today, 8 days later, my order has not been processed or shipped. I contacted customer service and spoke to a rude and clueless person who tried to tell me these floor mats were made to order. He continued to try to convince me that these floor mats weren't even made prior to my order being placed. Are you kidding me? Floor mats that are made to order?!!!! He proceeded to tell me that these floor mats were NOT in stock and were being sent from the manufacturer. After reading many reviews, it appears that this company doesn't have anything in stock and is merely a middle man that Drop Ships!! I was told that if I wanted to cancel my order it would take 24-36 hours to process that and another 5 business days to get my money returned. How can this company still exist doing business like this?!!!!! Luckily I paid with Paypal and have filed a complaint with them. It might take a week or so for me to get my money back, but I DEFINITELY would NEVER buy from this company again. Take this as a warning and save yourself grief. Don't use AutoAnything!!!!"
"I order floormats for my husband's 2012 Huyndai Sonata. They arrived today and were prefect ( although I ordered the wrong color). They match well, fit great, and arrived within the promised time. I called Customer Service last week to follow up and Brian was very helpful. I was worried about the bad reviews, but I am here to give a good one!"

"I bought a stainless works COMPLETE exhaust system for my 2008 yukon denali. The cost was 1850.00. After taking 6 weeks to receive it, When installed it would not fit right. The cross over piece was hitting the transmission pan. After contacting Stainless works, who would do nothing, I got back to Auto anything to see if they could help. This process dragged on for almost 4 months. I was without use of my vehicle for 3 weeks, and all auto anything said they could do is give me a 100.00 refund and told me to use a aluminized steel piece that could be made to work. Really? Thats not what I paid for. It's like buying a ring with 3 diamonds in it, and one falls out. They then tell you to put a cubic zarconic in it and call it good. Then to find out that they drug this out past 120 days so when I disputed this with my credit card, they didn't have to respond. And guess what, they didn't respond. Never been so frustrated by a business in all of my life."
"Excellent customer service and shipping speed. I ordered a set of Eibach springs and two weeks later ordered Tokico shocks. Prices were absolutely unbeatable. I was worried due to all the 1-2 star reviews and lots of claims of bad customer service. Not to worry. My springs arrived within a few days and the shocks were here within a week. Don't expect customer service to know the products very well however. They recommended the wrong bump stops -they don't carry the correct ones - for the shocks but quickly refunded my account when the error was pointed out. As long as you know what you are looking for I highly recommend Authanything."
"I ordered some rain guards but when they arrived the UPS guy noticed the box was pretty beat up. After looking inside a piece of the plastic fell out so he took it back. AutoAnything sent out a replacement about a week later and that one arrived fine. Unfortunately I broke the drivers side visor during the installation because I have awesome luck like that. I just threw them in the garbage and ordered a different manufactures brand. "

"This company sucks. On June 17th I ordered shocks, struts and springs for my car. The shocks and springs were delivered, but no struts. When I called asking for the struts, I was told they wouldn't be available until October. They may have told me that the items I paid for would not be available until 3.5 months later!"
"My wife and I were going away for the weekend with our two dogs on June 22nd 2012 so I went online looking for a pet barrier to keep our dogs safe during our travel. On Monday, June 18th I found a pet barrier on sale at www.autoanything.com for $48.02 including free shipping (order# 16754186). Before checking out my online cart I went to their online chat to confirm that the barrier would be there by that Friday the 22nd so we could use it for our trip. I spoke to Sergio F. in their chat room and after making it perfectly clear (chat transcript available upon request) that it needed to arrive by Friday he assured me that it would be there by that Friday. That being said, I ordered the pet barrier. Friday afternoon comes around and my son (who is home) tells me that it has not come yet. I go to their shipping company tracking site only to find out that it won't be delivered until Saturday. I call AutoAnything.com and make them aware of this and they say sorry and )there is nothing they can do other than discount it $15 or send a return shipping label. At this point we now have to make a trip to a local pet store (Petsmart) and buy one that is $25 higher. We get it home and assemble it and it works fine. We go on our weekend vacation without incident. Monday, June 25th I write an email asking for the difference of the amount I had to pay for the barrier I purchased (drove a total of 30 miles - took an hour out of my way and burned gas) I was only asking for the difference and nothing else like gas and time and that I would give them my receipt. They said they would check with their manager and get back to me. Low and behold I receive an email today, Tuesday, June 26th and stating almost the same thing that all they could do was credit the amount or forward a shipping label. I forwarded them the chat transcript and had all of the facts but they decided to do the bare minimum. Now, I have to drop it off at their designated shipping company to add to my inconvenience and then wait for the credit to post to my credit card. I made them fully aware that I would post this on the internet so that is what I am doing. Not to be mean but to warn people of these deceptive sales practices and very feable customer service. So if you are in the market for something that they have in stock I suggest you find it elsewhere and possibly save yourself a ton of aggravation. "
