"I ordered some rain guards but when they arrived the UPS guy noticed the box was pretty beat up. After looking inside a piece of the plastic fell out so he took it back. AutoAnything sent out a replacement about a week later and that one arrived fine. Unfortunately I broke the drivers side visor during the installation because I have awesome luck like that. I just threw them in the garbage and ordered a different manufactures brand. "
"I bought WeatherTech mats for my husband for Christmas, and after several months of usage, he has been pleased with them. The mats came quickly and overall we are very pleased."
"This company sucks. On June 17th I ordered shocks, struts and springs for my car. The shocks and springs were delivered, but no struts. When I called asking for the struts, I was told they wouldn't be available until October. They may have told me that the items I paid for would not be available until 3.5 months later!"
"My wife and I were going away for the weekend with our two dogs on June 22nd 2012 so I went online looking for a pet barrier to keep our dogs safe during our travel. On Monday, June 18th I found a pet barrier on sale at www.autoanything.com for $48.02 including free shipping (order# 16754186). Before checking out my online cart I went to their online chat to confirm that the barrier would be there by that Friday the 22nd so we could use it for our trip. I spoke to Sergio F. in their chat room and after making it perfectly clear (chat transcript available upon request) that it needed to arrive by Friday he assured me that it would be there by that Friday. That being said, I ordered the pet barrier. Friday afternoon comes around and my son (who is home) tells me that it has not come yet. I go to their shipping company tracking site only to find out that it won't be delivered until Saturday. I call AutoAnything.com and make them aware of this and they say sorry and )there is nothing they can do other than discount it $15 or send a return shipping label. At this point we now have to make a trip to a local pet store (Petsmart) and buy one that is $25 higher. We get it home and assemble it and it works fine. We go on our weekend vacation without incident. Monday, June 25th I write an email asking for the difference of the amount I had to pay for the barrier I purchased (drove a total of 30 miles - took an hour out of my way and burned gas) I was only asking for the difference and nothing else like gas and time and that I would give them my receipt. They said they would check with their manager and get back to me. Low and behold I receive an email today, Tuesday, June 26th and stating almost the same thing that all they could do was credit the amount or forward a shipping label. I forwarded them the chat transcript and had all of the facts but they decided to do the bare minimum. Now, I have to drop it off at their designated shipping company to add to my inconvenience and then wait for the credit to post to my credit card. I made them fully aware that I would post this on the internet so that is what I am doing. Not to be mean but to warn people of these deceptive sales practices and very feable customer service. So if you are in the market for something that they have in stock I suggest you find it elsewhere and possibly save yourself a ton of aggravation. "
"It has been awhile since the order date. The reason is I wanted to make sure the brake rotors and pads would resolve the problem I was having with my Chevy-HHR front wheel shake during braking. "powerstop kit #K3116" was ordered. It has been over 6-months and I feel confident that the problem is completely resolved. Your tech help and response was outstanding, questions I had were answered correctly and promptly. The pricing was reasonable and the parts arrived at my front door within 3 days. Wow ! Will I use your services the next time the needcomes up? You Bet !!! Bob Mauger Corona Ca."

"I purchased EGR In-Channel Rain Guards from AutoAnything for my Toyota Tundra. The guards are not molded property at the end to not fit around the mirror and it took 2 weeks to get the product. Called, they were closed. Wrote to their chat room, they told me to call customer service. Went to their website which said I could get a return number, the site was non responsive. I buy alot on the internet but will not buy from AutoAnything again. This product is not worth your money, time or grief. "
"I made 3 orders with this company on 05/23/2012 and all of them have an expected shipping date of 05/30/2012 or later (before they even send out the package because its not in stock). All the orders are charged immediately but I have to wait a week and a half for them to even send out my packages. This is really upsetting, the shipping is free and I really love how I can find products for my car that will fit on their website but their shipping and handling time is extremely slow. One other thing that I noticed is that if you return a product because it didnt fit or something it has to be in unopened condition and you usually pay a restocking fee + return shipping. These guys are definitely no Amazon.com but at least their prices are low and there is less of a chance that you will get a product that doesnt fit your car from their website by shopping with them."

WORSE COMPANY I DEAL WITH EVER!!!! Don't spent your time looking for parts or better deals. Yes!, they have really good prices, but when you buy them, they don't have anything in stock. I bought 4 rotors and after almost a week they sent me an email saying in textually words: The manufacturer(s) of the item(s) listed below has informed us that the following part(s) has been placed on back order and no information has been give as to if or when it will be available for shipment. What did they do?...they decided to cancel my order and told me that the money was refunded to my credit card (5-7 more days of waiting). Can you believe this? They didn't let me know of anything that was happening. I'm so sorry that this company don't respect customers, they should sell whatever they have in stock, simple and effective, and if they don't have enough money to have parts in stock, they should close the company. This company is gonna use your money for two weeks, one while they send you an email with their "sorry words" and the other one waiting to be credited in your account. I hope this can help somebody... "

"So far, my experience with AutoAnything has been less than satisfactory. Maybe they will turn around my feelings, but it's not looking hopeful. A crucial piece for my Jeep soft top was received broken. (it looked like UPS had dropped the box off the truck and drug it down the road) Within a few hours of receiving it, I opened the box so I could make sure all of the pieces were there, which they were. I discovered the broken piece and right away, took a picture and emailed their customer service. By mid-morning the next day, I hadn't heard anything back so I called their customer service line and spoke to someone who asked me to send pictures of the box it arrived in so they could verify that it was shipping damage. No problem - I did that and emailed them to her. I was told that I would be contacted by 'logistics' within the next 1-2 business days regarding my replcememnt. 2 business days later, I had not heard anything, so I emailed them again. The response I got was that they had to resubmit the pictures to complete their claim and it would be another 24-48 hours. I finally had lost my patience with it all and emailed them and said I thought it wasn't right that their claim with UPS should affect when I am shipped my replacement. That was a day ago, and no one has bothered to get back to me. I spent a large amount of money on this item, and I cannot believe they don't have better customer service. We'll see what happens, but so far, I am not impressed."
"I purchased a hitch receiver and trailer wiring system to get my car to pull a trailer and spent under $150 versus the $700 the dealer wanted to do the job. The products were inexpensive, shipped promptly and eventually worked, though not necessarily as advertised. I relied extensively on their reviews in order to understand other people's experience especially as it related to my make and model, a german import. They have over a thousand reviews for the particular Curt hitch receiver I purchased and most of the reviews were favorable emphasizing how quickly the product could be installed.
As my experience differed considerably from other reviewers, I wanted to share my experience with other shoppers to return the favor. I headed over to their website to post my review. HOWEVER, there is no place to actually post a review!!! Either the reviews are fake or they screen out anything honest and sincere.
The reality, it turns out, is that my vehicle uses a digital system to relay brake and turning light info to the tail lights and it is impossible to simply tap into the wiring as other reviewers stated was possible for my specific vehicle. Furthermore, the vehicle needs to be jacked up in order to mount the receiver, contrary to other reviewers' statements. I visited 2 mechanics plus the dealer who could not install it. I was directed to a high end auto electronics shop who eventually installed it 4 hours of labor and $400 later. They said it was extremely complicated, required the manufacturer's schematics, and he felt bad charging me the $170 an hour they normally charge...it was just trailer wiring after all.
If you are thinking of purchasing something from them, stop, and search their website for the "Post Review" link....you won't find it! This is a very dishonest way to conduct business and makes all the reviews completely unreliable. Strangely enough, my review would have largely praised autoanything.com and would have offered guidance to other buyers. They should be ashamed of the sham and anyone who shops there should think twice. This is very deceitful. "
"I placed my order for a Kreepster and I was sent a Kreepstool. I have been trying to return it for credit for 5 days now and still no RMA #. I contacted them again and they said they would get with the manufacturer again for the RMA and I replied I didn't do business with the manufacturer I did business with Autoanything. No reply yet. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. They have lost my business. They claim no hassle easy return what a FALSE STATEMENT!!!!!"
