When I called AutoShepherd they didn\u0027t even get \u0022huffy\u0022. They just asked what I wanted to change the color to and said that they will get it taken care of! I do recommend that prior to ordering see if you can get samples from the manufacturer. That would have eliminated the problem in the first place. AutoShepherd wanted me to remember the experience I had with them as a positive one. The first was because only half my order came, and they failed to tell me that it would come in different shipments. They finally replied three days after I get the second shipment. Second time they replied a week later on a Friday at exactly 5pm telling me I should call the 1-800 number which closes at 5pm. What a waste of time. At the very least, I was able to return an item.
