reply posted Feb-07-2013 “We are very sorry that this customer is upset, and later changed their mind about their purchase after placing the order. We are a very large, reputable company known to have the fastest shipping times, and lowest prices. Refusing a package is very costly for both the company and the shipping carrier. We advise requesting an unopened item RMA through our RMA department for the cheapest, fastest return resolution. Refusing a package is not only costly, but can take longer to receive back which unfortunately causes longer wait times for a refund.

reply posted Jan-24-2013 “We truly hate that this customer is upset with us. We informed the customer ASAP of a California shipping delay , and noted to them it would take us about 10 days to get the package to them. A few days later we got a response asking for tracking, which we responded we would ask the warehouse for an update. Later that afternoon, we received the cancellation request, but it was too late. The warehouse had already put on the UPS track for shipment. We shipped on 11/29, and the item arrived just a few days later. We were then contacted on 12/13/2012, a few days past the 30 day return window, and we granted exception for return through Amazon. A somewhat complicated process, but in the end we made the customer happy to best of our abilty. We truly try to make everyone happy :)”
"I ordered a gift for my grandson on 12/7/12. I was told by my wife it was the wrong item and tried to cancel within minutes of placing the order. I was unable to cancel order. I refused shipment. "Thank you for reaching back out to us. Refused deliveries incur shipping charges both ways, and a possible retocking fee per our posted policies." this was their response. Due to these extremely uncustomer friendly policies, I SUGGEST YOU SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! There are many other merchants online that will treat you fairly. BTW - there was a 3 day delay between the order and shipping date - plenty of time to pull the order and not ship. RUN ELSEWHERE TO SHOP.

The response - they are sorry I am upset - but they have the product back in its original packaging, and I get charged a fee... nice way to earn extra income. 3 days, they could not pull from shipping - but then they could not charge the fee and get free income. (remember i was charged shipping both ways as well. (I will be checking with Postal service - refused delivery - the customer is not supposed to have to pay shipping). may a complaint with the postal service. The only way the rating is this high is that they seeded the reviews. Please remember to check out the site listed above. If even one customer goes elsewhere - then I have done a great public service.
