"I placed a very large order and got very good treatment. They noticed an incompatibility between the power supply in the case I ordered (20 pin) vs the new ATX (BTX) 24 pin motherboard I ordered and called me to let me alter my order. At first they wanted a faxed copy of my driver's license and credit card, which I thought was really weird, but after talking with them they withdrew that request. Everything I ordered arrived within a timely manner by UPS Ground and everything works so I haven't had to do an RMA.
Their accents can make them hard to understand but liberal use of "pardon?" seemed to work. I hope they will treat me well in the future if I place a modest order."
"I ordered a rare memory module for an older computer system. I was shipped something similar, but not compatible. Now I can't contact them, their fax number is an answering machine, and I've gotten no responses to my emails.
I'm going to refuse the charge on my credit card and remember never to shop here, again."

"I ordered an ASUS Star Ice CPU Cooler from ATACOM and received it damaged in its packaging. It was also shipped in a package much too small for it. Got an RMA number and shipped it back to them. Now I can't get anyone to answer their phone, call me back, or answer any of my email inquiries about when a replacement will ship. Their customer service really stinks and I wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase anything from these people unless you want to go through the same type of hassle or worse. I wish I'd read the reviews about them before making the mistake of buying from them. "
"Overall excellent experience - ordered parts on the 6th, had them 2 days later. Originally wanted to do in-store pickup but it turned out the 3% charge would have cost the same as having it fedexed - fedex told me 3 days for delivery, it showed up the very next day. Good prices, too."
"I ordered a Geforce 6800 128mb card from these guys because they were semi-local. I called to make the order, and the card I was looking for wasnt in stock, so I asked if they had another brand in. They said yes we have the MSI. I asked about a Gainward and he says ok.. I can get one of these in an hour. I said nevermind, ill go with the one you have and I want to make sure it will be there because I have to drive a ways. I said, can I pay for it now? He said sure, It took me a few to find my card, and when I did, he then mentions that Credit Card sales cost 3% extra. This isnt mentioned anywhere. I said ok, ill pay cash. He took down my information, gave me an order number, and said I was set. I figured it wouldnt take long for them to get it out of their stock, but they say it takes 4 hours. Right away im pretty suspicous of this. I get there and sure enough they are "Oh My god, its out of stock!!" I sure enjoyed watching the sales people joke around while I was standing there waiting for an explanation of why I just drove 1.5 hours to them to get the card. The only thing they would say is, come back tomorrow and we get you a SIMILAR CARD. Thanks for nothing! Ill never shop there again. I really enjoyed the rush hour traffic too because they decided to make me pick it up so late when they didnt even have it in the first place!
Bottom line is, if they say its in stock, its most likely not. Untrustworthy, Dishonest people. "

"I took a chance on these people knowing that they had less than great resellerratings because they had a great price on the RAM I wanted. In short all the negative evaluations you read are correct. This company does not know the meaning of customer service. I ended up cancelling my order because they didn't seem to think that orders needed to be shipped in a timely manner. I called twice and was told your order will be shipped out ASAP, its in stock both times."
" I purchase for two companies, one my own, and one I'm network admin for. I have placed multiple orders with ATACOM, and in all possible forms. It seems that if you use a credit card, things go reasonably smooth. Then I started using company checks with purchase orders, and that's when the world of customer relations went to the dogs. The order before this one took four weeks to arrive which is completely unacceptable in this day and age. I called to cancel the order but was told that it had been shipped. When I asked for the tracking number I was told it would be emailed to me later that day. They never emailed me the number because they ever shipped the order. They told me it was shipped to prevent me from canceling the order. This is one of their terms. Oh, just so you know, these orders are upwards of $2,000.00 or more. This I believe is the reason why they would blatantly lie to me and tell me the order was shipped, when actually it didn't ship until the following week. So you are probably asking youselves why I would place another order with them. Well, after lengthy conversation and promises that this would not happen again, and the fact that I hadn't secured another source yet, I placed this order. The difference in this one is that I used a bank check ($1000.00 order) because they said that it would not take as long as a company check. Well today is July 29, the order was placed July 7 and still nothing. You can't check your order when using money orders or checks. Why, I don't know. I asked once and was told that they just changed software and, yata, yata, yata, the same old excuse. I'm going to call on this one today, but I know what they are going to say. One good thing though, I have since found two new possible vendors with prices the same, and most better than ATACOM. If there was a way to shut these guys down, I would do it in a heart beat. If your thinking of purchasing from this company, good luck. Don't believe what they tell you over the phone, and demand some sort of immediate proof of what they claim. If they lied to me, I'm sure they've lied to others. BEWARE OF THIS ONE
UPDATE: I called yesterday and guess what I was told. That's right "the order was shipped today". That means I couldn't cancel it. Well about two hours later I get a call from Mark at the main office number, telling me that two of the items are out of stock. I thought it was shipped???? One of the items was the basis for the order, so I told them to send the bank check back and cancel the order. No problem, right? Wrong, I get another call from Mark telling me the missing items were in fact there. He just hadn't read his inter office emails. I told him that I'm not too happy with ATACOM at the moment and that all these items must be in sealed containers, and not be returned items thrown in just to make up the order. I was assured that it's all new and I would have a tracking number by later today (July 30). We will see"

"Ordered an Antec power supply, and TWO DAYS after the order these jerks still haven't even sent an order confirmation email. (So, I have no "Invoice number" to give). I made a screen shot of their sales ad at Pricewatch because I KNEW they'd try and weasel out of order some how (I always do this regardless of vendor since most Pricewatch vendors lie). Now I see why they have nothing but negatives at Pricewatch! I checked their sales ad today and the a-holes CHANGED THEIR PRICEWATCH AD!! Now I have a pi$$ed-off customer thanks to them! "
"Avoid this company. Why order from a company with such low rating already? I decided to chance it because i was lazy in researching other companies but i got what i deserved. After 2 days they called me and said that they couldnt ship to my shipping address, well thats ok its for the credit card users protection, but then the next day, that evening I get a call that the item Lian Li pc06010 with aqua side panel is out of stock. I emailed them and asked why isnt it show "out of stock" on thier website. Yeah you guessed it I got a autoreply thanking me for my concern and maybe i could buy another case instead...sure...
