Bruce sent me an email explaining the situation, and asked whether I wanted a refund or wanted to wait. The unit arrived as promised, well packed, and the shipping charges were quite reasonable. They do not gouge on shipping like some online merchants.<br><br>I have bought things from Ashby Solutions a couple times in the past too, and every time I came away happy with the transaction. I am leaving this rating because I was requested to by the seller. The seller provided confusing and inaccurate instructions for leaving the rating and comment on this site. For example, I did not find the invoice number where he said it would be. I had to dig out my paper invoice to get it. But on the whole, my experience with this seller was satisfactory and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. I would like to add that I appreciate other services provided by Bruce Wahler outside of this particular transaction. For example, the documention he wrote for the MIDI Solutions Event Processor Plus has been very helpful to me as I use that device. "I purchased the SampleTank 2.5XL Special Bundle package from Bruce. His service after the sale is way above and beyond anyone's expectations!!! I had issues where I screwed up a download and Bruce set me up with his sales guy. The problem was worked out without any real fuss."
