I ordered an under counter ice maker and it clearly stated on their website that it was a nugget ice maker. Unfortunately, we ran into some unforeseen problems with our renovation and were unable to install the ice maker until 6 months later (the ice maker took about 3-4 weeks to be delivered). When we finally installed it, I saw that it was big chunk ice and nowhere near gourmet ice. I immediately contacted them and they VERY rudely told them it was not their problem and I was past the 30 day return policy, but never addressed their false advertising. I also ordered 3 other appliances from them, but clearly I was not a valued customer.
