"I ordered printed pens through Amsterdam's website. When I received the pens, they had messed up our logo and the print below was so tiny that it couldn't be read. I called to let them knowt hat I wasn't happy with my order and they offered to re-print. We discussed the changes to be made and they even sent a proof. I was warned that printing space was limited but they felt that they could do better. The printing on the second order was a little better, but not much. It still takes a magnifying glass to read the print if you don't have 20/20 vision. The print should have been stretched longer down the pen and further around the pen. The same day, another company I work for received a sample pen from Amsterdam with printing almost all the way around -- the size my printing should have been. If I hadn't received the sample pen, I would have thought that they did the best they could but now I think that they just didn't care. I didn't call them for another re-print because I don't need another order of poorly printed pens. I'll just call somewhere else next time."
