Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately investigated your concern and discovered this to be a shipper issue due to PO box address on file. A physical street address was needed since the shipper was unable to deliver to a PO box. Once again we are very sorry for this inconvenience. I loved the way the pen wrote so I ordered some for my customers.I thought the process was very easy. When I received my pens they looked so good I was very happy with my order. I only had a couple complaints on my order and 1 was not the fault of the company as to where I ordered a blue pen and the evgraving on it was hard to see. The other part was being charged for extra pens that I didnt order, but when I wrote feedback I was credited any overcharges.
