When I received the pens, they had messed up our logo and the print below was so tiny that it couldn\u0027t be read. I called to let them knowt hat I wasn\u0027t happy with my order and they offered to re-print. We discussed the changes to be made and they even sent a proof. I was warned that printing space was limited but they felt that they could do better. The printing on the second order was a little better, but not much. It still takes a magnifying glass to read the print if you don\u0027t have 20\/20 vision. The print should have been stretched longer down the pen and further around the pen. The same day, another company I work for received a sample pen from Amsterdam with printing almost all the way around -- the size my printing should have been. If I hadn\u0027t received the sample pen, I would have thought that they did the best they could but now I think that they just didn\u0027t care. I didn\u0027t call them for another re-print because I don\u0027t need another order of poorly printed pens.
