"Amazon.com closed my account for reason being that I return too many items. I have received so many defective items from Amazon.com, including their account "Warehouse Deals" selling non-described item, I purchased a Bazooka subwoofer, in which the product description stated that the product was open box and was in like new condition; after I received the item, the item had Chinese written on it saying it was a factory refurbished item. Upon calling Bazooka USA to verify the product, they told me that according to the serial number, the product was indeed refurbished and was shipped to Asia and should not be sold in USA. We used to have a Amazon.com store card, which advertised to give us 6 month financing without fees or interests. When Amazon.com closed our account, we were left with all $880 to be paid immediately otherwise we were faced with a 28% interest rate. Amazon.com is dishonest and kept selling fake, and wrongfully advertised products and services, and the consumer had to deal with it because they are the biggest online retailer in the U.S. market. Their business practice is against U.S. consumer laws.I receved another email yesterday saying "Hello,This is in response to your recent phone contact inquiring.We've found your account is directly related to another account which has been previously closed for abuse of our policies. Now Amazon.com closed our account agagin with rude and business practices different than their advertisement. I wish someone or the government can expose how bad Amazon.com is comparing to what they interpreted to be. I will seek media exposure such as TV news channels, newspaper, radio, etc. Everyone should know what Amazon.com is doing and if they return products that are defective and follow Amazon.com's advertised return policy, they will just end up getting their account closed down by Amazon.com and being banned from ever purchasing with this dishonest online retailer."
"I recently made two purchases on Amazon: some 'new' Canon ink and an 18" paper cutter. Bottom line: both of the items I received were wrong/ different items which had been substituted for the items I ordered.I sent the two substituted items to J. Bezos, the President and CEO. His office did not respond at all.I used to buy from Amazon because 'you got what you paid for', and the company stood behind the products. Not any more."
"Sum up: I purchased something, and then didn't get what was clearly delineated in the title of the item purchased. I called them, and they told me that of course it wasn't included. How was I suppose to know. Read the small print????? WTF!!!!!Details: I rented a book which included in the title an access code. Guess what, rentals don't include access codes."

A customer service representatives I spoke with 20 minutes later with said that she could not cancel the order either (This despite the fact that the order had not yet shipped.) Something very strange with this; the customer service rep was essentially telling me that Amazon representatives had no control over Amazon's order processing."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do you know why Amazon.com currently does NOT actively participate at ResellerRatings to monitor feedback and resolve your issues? That would be because they could care less about the few people here or there that have GENUINE issues with there services. I Purchased 3 items on Jan. 8, 2013 for my son with a gift card that he got from his grandpa for Christmas. Long story short, Amazon charged my checking account for the ENTIRE purchase after I KNOW I ordered it correctly. I literally spent over 4 1/2 hours on several different phone calls with several different people who I could not understand and, at times, they could not understand what I was trying to relay to them!!! OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INDIA!!! Anyway, they cannot do anything about the $50 they stole from me and now I am stuck with $50 credit at Amazon that I don't need or want. Great! So let this be a warning to you if you are considering using Amazon..... "
