Upon receiving my order, I found that one of the batteries was not what I had ordered, and the other was constructed so poorly that the case cracked open when I picked it up. I was eventually able to send them back for refunds, but it took several weeks to get an RMA number. I only ended up getting around to using the charger a couple months later, but when I did, I found that the charger did not have a fuse installed. The fuse it takes is an odd size and it\u0027s not indicated in charger manual, so I tried to contact All-Battery support. The first time I called, they told me to send an e-mail. They never answered the e-mail nor a follow up I sent, so I called again and was transferred to their tech support guy\u0027s voicemail.
