I have not even looked at an alarm panel in close to 30 years, so as I began building my cart on-line I realized I needed help. I called your toll free number and spoke to a sales rep who helped me build the right system for our house for much less than I was thinking. <br><br>I installed all of the components of the new DSC system and got everything working with exception of three wireless magnets. I called and spoke with Shawn, who was able to tell me what I needed to do to correct the problem. In about 30 seconds of phone time I had the answer.<br><br>I can\u0027t say enough good things about my experiences with AlarmSystemStore.com and Shawn (in particular). I had great service during the selection and order process, and after installing the system in early March, we experienced a transformer had stopped working just last night. I know electronics and know these things happen, anyhow I called and Shawn setup an immediate replacement to be sent out. You see we have a 13 yr old autistic daughter that escapes and runs off from the home. The system is to alert us if a door or window is opened. When I talked to Shawn, at Ptotech Systems for Alarm System Store, he took his time to explain to me what i needed and that his company would program it for me for $45. Not only did Shawn program it, everyting was labeled telling me which alarm goes where. Installing it was EASY! I make one mistake. I thought I wouldn\u0027t need one door alarm, so i took the battery out and put it away-Wrong. The main box kept telling me there was a door alarm not working. So i called Shawn, and within a minute he told me what was wrong. It works perfect now, thanks to Shawn. "I have been a regular customer of the Alarm Store. I am a customer for my home as well as my business.
I recently had to call for a technical question and had my call quickly returned by Shawn. Shawn QUICKLY and COURTEOUSLY resolved my issue. While on the phone, I needed some additional items, he took care of it. Not once did I feel rushed or incompetent. I would give anything to hire employees like Shawn at my store.
