"Called AJUMP to order memory. They advised me the memory they sold me would work in my ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo. It did not. I sent my MOBO to a repair shop ($30), back to Monarch Comp ($30), purchased a new vid card, case, power supply, ($550). I then tried some memory I had from a previous computer that was compatable and the system worked. I used the memory checker and found out they sold me incompatable memory. I tried to exchange the non working memory, but Ajump would not take it back or trade it in even though they sold it too me. "

"Very positive experience. Prices were cheaper than newegg, they shipped next day, despite a minor problem with my credit card validating. Great customer service, and speedy delivery."

"I ordered by phone as I have had a credit card stolen when ordering online from a suppositly secure site. I received a confirmation immediatly after via e-mail. Great customer service and the shipment (free) arrived the next day. Good packaging and competitive pricing. Can't ask for more. "

"Ordered ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard and Thermaltake Silent Boost HSF. I chose them originally because they were the lowest price with the best rating for the HSF. I found them cheaper on the motherboard as well due to no shipping cost so I ordered it as well. Both products came exactly as ordered and worked perfectly (I'm still having trouble with motherboard, but I believe it's Windows 98 problem and not the mboard). Items came UPS and were packaged well with no damage. I was a little worried at first because this isn't Newegg, but I was very pleased in the end. I will definitely do business with Ajump again! Good Job!"

"Top notch online reseller. I purchased a wireless bridge for my PS2. Ran in to a minor snag when my bank wouldn't confirm my alt shipping address on the first try. Ajump e-mailed me promptly and gave it a second try as soon as I replyed. No problems at all after that and I will definately buy here again."

"I bought a power supply from Ajump. When I received it, I plugged it in, and it immediately made a very loud "clack clacking" sound coming from the inside. It sounded like somebody shaking an old can of spray paint with the little steel marble inside. Obviously, it was defective, so I logged onto their website and filled out an RMA request online -- very nice feature.

The next day, I received an e-mail from them to confirm the RMA request. As per their policy, they do not refund shipping charges, and all returns for credit (as opposed to replacements) are subject to a 15% restocking fee (whether defective or not). However, they said they would make an exception and waive the restocking fee in my particular case.

When I ordered the power supply, I thought it was free shipping, but not quite. The $90 price online included shipping, but it was not free. The shipping was actually shown on the invoice as a $6 charge, with a corresponding discount of $6 from the total price ($90 power supply - $6 discount + $6 shipping). The distinction is that I was refunded $84, as opposed to $90. Still, $6 shipping is an extremely reasonable price for shipping a power supply, so they were being honest about the shipping cost.

Of course, I have to pay all return shipping charges myself. This is the standard practice for online computer parts stores, so this was expected. One of the downsides of shopping online.

Throughout the RMA confirmation process, Ajump was very good about returning my e-mails. Once I sent the package via UPS back to Ajump, they said to expect 4-5 working days from the time they received it to test and process the return. Sure enough, I logged onto my credit card's website 5 days after delivery, and there was a $84 credit from Ajump, just like they said.

Now, it is never fun to have to return an item. It is, however, nice to know that when dealing with Ajump, they will abide by their written return policies, and they do a very good job of staying in touch and returning e-mails. This helped make the experience much more pleasant."
