I did receive the phone call with the additional sales pitch for memory, battery, etc. After we concluded our deal, I was told by the salesperson that I would be sent an invoice via email. Did not happen. Called back the next day, requesting an invoice, and I did receive it via email within 1 hr. I am now waiting for shipping confirmation and tracking #s. I was within an hour of cancelling my order if the invoice had not been sent today... I will update this review as the purchasing process unfolds for me. 4\/10\/13 update - Did not receive e-mail with shipping\/tracking # information. Called customer service - 10 min wait - person answered - requested tracking # info - after 30 sec put me thru to voice mail where I could leave a msg. Called back - waited 15 min - told person I wanted to cancel my order. They said he couldn't as it had already shipped. Fine, what is the tracking # - didn't have it - will get a tracking# in a couple of days. Said I wanted to cancel my order and I would put a dispute on my credit card transaction - called me a thief. Person said I would get my order delivered by this Friday. I am waiting to see... Update 4\/10\/13 part 2 - received call from ROGER WALKER asking about negative purchase experience. He got my side of the story - checked with shipping - got actual delivery date of 4\/17\/13. He also said he would add 2 years to my warranty and throw in a SD card if I would revise my review. I'll post again when the events on 17th transpire (or not).<br>- Update 4\/19\/13 - Camera & original invoice items arrived on 4\/17\/13 via FedEx - good packaging & good quality - "extras" promised by Roger W. arrived on 4\/19\/13 via USPS in a separate package. I am satisfied by the ordered items but wish AJRichies had a better order tracking system with delivery estimates. Also wish I had a different sales person who whould have had an ounce of decency and caring. Roger W. made all the difference.
