The trigger broke within a month. When I notified Airsplat about it they replaced the gun, no questions asked. I only had to pay shipping and handling and we even got to keep the old gun for spare parts. I will for sure be buying from them again. I did have a previous purchase in September 2011 in which I had a problem, and that issue was resolved. Hopefully this one will be resolved soon also.<br><br><br>12.25 Right now I am really aggravated with Airsplat.com, I place an order in September and had problems with that order, and we got that order resolved, NOW sitting here on Christmas Day with my son who is again very disappointed, we ordered the well M4 $18 plastic gun for 164.99, ordered it Dec 1st to make sure it was here, and it was. We never opened the main box with had other stuff he wanted in it also, we opened the shipping box last night, wrapped the stuff inside, and my son opened it this morning to more missing parts!! The gun does not have an owner\u0027s manual of any kind included in the box, nor could we find one online, but by the picture it is missing a screw, and we charged the battery, and the gun will not work. I am going to call their customer service in the morning, which is something I dread, I have already gone down this road before.
