In this customer's case, there was not any record of any "lost" orders. We do experience our busiest time of the year during the holidays. We do however make ourselves available via both phone and several different email addresses.
We never intend to inconvenience any of our customers, and will work diligently to resolve any issue that might arise. We are more than happy to help in any way possible.”
"Hard to say what I liked the best, their phone support is unmatched, I called before my order to find out if a particular magazine was wind-up or not and the operator who assisted me actually went to lengths to answer my question which confirmed my decision to buy, they also helped me to understand how my vest functioned so A+++ to those guys. Also, free shipping rocks ;) Not to mention they have a fantastic selection and actually sell many of the accessories for the guns they stock (i.e. Wellfire compatible G3 mags) which surprisingly is not the norm. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and have in fact already to 3 of my paintball team who are also looking to branch into airsoft."
