"Airsplat is a great airsoft website. They have fair sized selection of guns, tactical gear, ammo, batteries and other things at unbeatable prices. All your guys complaints are miniscule.In the past 3-4 months alone, i have ordered $3000+ in all sorts of merchandise. I love them because they do free shipping, even to Hawaii where I live. (Most sites like ASGI and evike dont do that) On top of that, THEY SHIP FAST. 3-4 days is typical time between clicking "process order" to opening boxAll of your guys complaints about how your gun broke and such, ITS NOT THEIR FAULT! The solution is easy! Buy a high quality gun! To the guy complaining about his $10 gun: GET OVER IT! A $10 gun is not going to last long!I have had only 1 gun come broken, ($50 gas pistol) and I called airsplat and they gave me a RMA# and the issue was quickly resolved. It may be true that their return policy doesn't cover EVERYTHING, but I believe it very reasonable what they cover.They dont cover problems with the gun if its your fault IE: Shooting bad bbs through a gun, Dropping it or breaking it some other way.If you have an issue with an order, CALL THEM. THEY HAVE REPS WHO WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!The claims that you have to email them first is a load of BS. Call them and they can solve your problems and give you RMA# and solution to your issues over the phone.Overall, I have had great experience with them. Fast and free shipping, 110% price match, and overall unbeatable prices make them the best. All the complaints about customer service, you just gotta get over it. Evike, Airsoft GI, Redwolf. They all have CS problems. I believe that Airsplat has the fewest out of all the airsoft retailers.~ColonelAirsoft "
"Ordered a gun. Came broken. Airsplat made me pay the shipping for their broken product. They sent me back the same broken gun with different problems missing parts. Still trying to work it out. They give you generic answers and don't care if you get a lemon. Finally received a new UN broken gun. Airsplat called me and asked me to change my review, they would send me extra bbs. HA. I wonder how many others they called and bribed. I will not buy from there again! They sent me a broken used gun! Made me pay the shipping, but first had me buy bbs not made in China, even though the gun was made in China. Your right Airsplat it's not in your policy to pay for return shipping, but I did not get what I paid for originally. I did not get a working brand new gun. I do now. Finally. Even this brand new gun came with a baggie of tools and an extra spring. The first gun was used and scratched and you did not take it back easily. Shame on you. I also did not appreciate you generic answers to my calls and E-mails. Poor poor, customer service!"
“"We never intend for our customers to go through any issues with a damaged item In this situation unfortunately the customer may have received a damaged item, we processed the warranty as promptly as we could within our policy. However it is stated that the return shipping is not covered under our warranty. We do offer return shipping at our cost to ease the sting of sending an item back.Unfortunately it looks like there was another issue with the item and we have agreed to replace the gun with a brand new one as well as provide them with a shipping label to send the defective item back. We offered BB's for free of charge to ease any discontentment about the situation. We ship all items in the condition that they are received in from the manufacturer. Upon receipt of the original "used" rifle, it was determined to be in new condition. The item was repaired and returned to the customer. Upon receipt, the second time, the entire item was replaced with a brand new model. "Very disappointed in service from Airsplat.com. Purchased a $275.00 rifle. On day 3 the forward sling mount broke while my son was seated at a picnic table. When the ring broke the barrel of the gun fell and hit the patio resulting in the rear stock breaking from the main body of the rifle. Their website says the gun is made of metal but it is a very cheap pot metal construction. Contacted Airsplat, they don't want to talk to you only email, first they agreed to repair for $50 and then said $50 only covers inspection and minor repairs. I requested an RMA # but they did not provide. After spending $400 and getting very poor service I really wonder what I would get for $50 more. Our order totaled over $400 and they don't seem to care.Airsplat was able to finally repair the gun at a cost of $50. I think they intend to take care of their customers but their method of handling problems is very clunky."

""Cheap" air soft gun. Only $13.99 + $12.04 shipping. Problem was it did not even last 20 shots before it fell apart! Absolutely worthless, incredibly cheap plastic. And for some reason, it is not possible to review it at their website... Wonder how the other rave "reviews" got there! Airsplat is a total scam.UPDATE: I finally called them. They offered a store credit. I replied that I have no plans buying from them again. They offered apparel. I replied that I do not want to advertise for them by wearing stuff with their logo on. They said I could return the item within the 30 day warranty period. Just too bad I have already thrown away the box, as I must return an item in the box."

Unfortunately defective items do sometimes happen, but we will do everything possible to ensure that the matter is resolved in a timely fashion. We also offered a store credit for the customer to choose an alternate model. Both options, the customer unfortunately, refused. The Care Package offered to him was a courtesy for the item being received defective. "Airsplat is amazing! I have made several large orders with them, and have never had a problem. I was a loyal airsoftgi.com customer for several years, but I'm hooked on airsplat now. 1. They ship incredibly fast, and keep you updated every step of the way. You also get free shipping if your order is more than $75, which is always in my case.2. They have great communication. I had one item that was backordered, and they sent me several courtesy emails explaining the situation, and made a refund hassle-free when I decided I wanted something else instead. 3. Airsplat is dead-on with their customer service. If you have a question, they are there. They have accurate descriptions on all of their merchandise, and I have never had a problem with something being different than described.4. They have the best prices around, period. "Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don't go here. They sent us a gun that wouldn't shoot, then made us jump through hoops backwards and forwards, sending us email after email on how to trouble shoot our new gun rather than letting us exchange it. Finally when they let us exchange this expensive, useless purchase they made it sound like it was all our fault, and gave us all kinds of grief. Stay far away from this place. "

We will attempt to troubleshoot any issue that the item is having to prevent any undue returns. We find that a large majority of all issues are simple adjustments or fixes. We even have a large database of videos that will walk customers through on the most common issues experienced. If these troubleshooting measures do not work, we of course be more than happy to have any item returned provided that it is still under warranty. Also, we will not provide any troubleshooting that will disqualify a customer from obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or will disqualify a customer from having their warranty honored.”
"Hard to say what I liked the best, their phone support is unmatched, I called before my order to find out if a particular magazine was wind-up or not and the operator who assisted me actually went to lengths to answer my question which confirmed my decision to buy, they also helped me to understand how my vest functioned so A+++ to those guys. Also, free shipping rocks ;) Not to mention they have a fantastic selection and actually sell many of the accessories for the guns they stock (i.e. Wellfire compatible G3 mags) which surprisingly is not the norm. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and have in fact already to 3 of my paintball team who are also looking to branch into airsoft."
