"I'm very dissatisfied with AIKO service. I ordered my product more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Communication with AIKO is very difficult. They answer very rarely. They've already charged my credit card with the product price (!!!) but now say that they can't charge it with shipping costs. It's ridiculous! Moreover, it wasn't mentioned about any shipping costs in my order confirmation. Now I don't know if I regain my money, receive the product, or what - they again don't abswer my e-mails.

It took 1,5 month and I finally received my product. It is OK"

“Credit card was declined numberous times for shipping to Poland. Customer later wired money via international bank transfer and credit card continued to be declined.”

"I placed this order 2 weeks ago and payed for the 2-3 day shipping. I still have not received it. There has been no update to my order status on their site, and they don't even list it as shipped yet. I would like to call and find out what is up, but I have yet to find a phone number for the "company"."

"Quick response to query by customer service. Fast shipping: express mail directly from Japan with tracking number provided. Very happy with e-dictionary and fair price of product as advertised."

"Placed an order for an underwater camera housing, and received an order confirmation promptly. It's now April 14th, and there has not yet been any updates to the order status.

Mail requesting order status sent April 6th - no reply.

New mail sent April 12th - no reply.

Comment by Aiko dated October 19th is not correct. No item, no mail, no letters, no nothing has been received from Aiko. However, I've had my money back from MasterCard."

"Bulb was original manufacture as stated. Placed my order, received my hard to find bulb and am back to using my video projector.

Good service, good internet experience, very satisfied.

"I read the reviews of quick shipping, faster than usual arrival. So I ordered a package of camera and housing more than 2 weeks ahead of time to allow the shipping. They claim most items ship within 24hrs.One week later no response so I emailed them and questioned the order. Finally recieveed a response apologizing for the delay, their fault. Assured me it would arrive in time b efore my vacation.Told me it would be shipped monday. Emailed again Tuesday to check for some sort of tracking number. They had a USPS number which indicated they(USPS)had only recieved the shipping info and merchandise on "Tuesday". Imagine that. Emailed again to only be assured that it would arrive "well before we left" on Sat morning. Thursday arrives still no camera, assured again by "Emily " that is would be there before we left again. Well it never arrived on time. Customer service is horrible with info. Lie to keep you happy. No phone contact number available, imagine that. Would never shop with them again. Very unreliable company apparently if you read the reviews of them. They obviously only post the good reviews on their website. Don't buy from here!!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience. Camera arrived after we got home. "

"I bought a underwater housing camera case from Aiko Trading Company. this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had buying online. I bought the 2-3 day shipping and never saw it. 2 weeks later after contacting my bank and filing a complaint I get the confirmation that its coming. When it shows up, its the wrong case for the camera. I have tried contacting them via email and have NEVER recieved one back. This has been such a frusterating process and I will NEVER buy from them again."

"AikoTradingCompany I ordered a underwater housing for my Canon g9. The price was the lowest on the net so I decided to purchase. After ordering I received no confirmation on my E-mail, they do not have a shipment tracking option, they do not respond to e-mails, delivery took more than usual (almost 1 month) but it was christmas season so that was understandable. I am happy with the product everything OK. My mark is 6/10."
