"I purchased a DK Siklon 2010 BMX bike from Action Village. Within 30 minutes of my son riding his new bike, the brake lines snapped and the back tire popped. I called Action Village and they advised there was nothing they could do. VERY disappointed with this store. I will NEVER purchase from them again. The bike was $230.00, so it was not a cheap bike."

"Action village accidentally sent me a promotional email after the promotion had expired but after speaking with them on the phone, honored the promotion.

Product was shipped promptly and arrived in great shape. The process was fairly painless in spite of the late email."

"First off, I've been paintballing and buying/selling/trading paintball related goods for well over a decade now and used to order a lot of parts from actionvillage before they started getting shotty with their customer service. Sadly, This account is no different...

I recently began the hunt for a new soft face bolt for my PRE-G7 Angel, as those are not made or kept in large quantities anymore, they're generally hard to find in new condition. However when I saw them for sale on actionvillage's site, i jumped for joy to say the least...

After seeing the picture next to the description of the bolt "Angel Paintball Sports Angel Soft Face Pack Bolt"

***NOTICE THAT DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MENTION ANGEL 1 OR POST G7 MARKERS***

So once being satisfied i was ordering the part i required, i sat back and waited for my package to arrive... For reference, THE LINK BELOW, is the item i ordered...

Once it arrived, i open the package, and to my disgust, they sent me a regular a1 bolt... NOT THE BOLT I'M LOOKING FOR AND IS NOT COMPATIBLE W/ PRE-G7 ANGEL MARKERS!!!

So after contacting actionvillage customer service department that day, i went through the returns process with reletive ease after a quick description of the problem to the rep. They comp'd my shipping via ups ground and sent me a label via email and i shipped it out a few days later when i had time off from work. It gets there on the 7th and signed for by an unloading dock employee of actionvillage.

6 days later i've not recieved a refund to my account or an email stating they've processed or even recieved my return. So i contact actionvillage customer support via their online chat feature and for some reason had to discuss with the rep what was wrong with my order before i could continue... now, i'm not dumb by any means, and it doesn't take a rocket scientiest to look at all the information they have about my order, then look what i sent back to them and deduce that my order was not the correct one, yet I had to deal with an incompitent and smartass customer service rep almost a WEEK after receipt of the return merchandise...

This to me is unacceptable and a true testament to why i don't shop at actionvillage anymore, and definitely why you should think of doing the same..."

"Great site and easy to find what I am looking for. I always check Action Village for prices and reviews before I buy anything for paintball. I like that you have deals on shipping for people who order over a certain amount. It would be nice if return customers got a more of a heads up on upcoming sales. "

"The item I received was open box with 2 important pieces missing. When I called customer service, the person on the phone would only argue with me that they didn't sell open box items and it must have been damaged in shipping. The item was misrepresented on their website as new, if I had known it was missing parts, probably wouldn't have ordered."

"Bad experience. I ordered an AVI hpa cylinder from them. The bottle didn't match the picture which was not really a big deal but it also had a huge gash down the side. I called customer service and he told that it was no big deal and that was how most of them came! I am not buying a hpa bottle for $150 and accepting a damaged one. I will be getting my money back and buying one somewhere else."
