Got an e-mail from them next business day stating their inventory was off and the item was backordered but should be back in stock two weeks later. That went by, no news. I contacted them by e-mail and requested a price match since the item wasn't in stock; it was still backordered and they did agree to refund the difference. Two weeks later they refunded the price difference, then a couple days after that the item finally shipped. To their credit, acehardwareoutlet.com answered all my e-mails in a timely matter, though their english isn't perfect. If you're looking for a hard to find item and their website shows in stock, I recommend you CALL FIRST before placing a web order to avoid disappointment."

The order status said it was shipped, but no tracking number was supplied.
It's now January 3rd, and no product and no update.
Update: They responded to my email and shipped out a new item, and this time sent me a tracking number. No explanation as to why this wasn't sent out the first time. They did the right thing eventually, but I wouldn't count on them if you need something in a timely manner."
