"Price was too good to be true! Ordered Nikon SB-600 on internet. There ad said "In-Stock". Got a phone call the next morning saying 4-6 week back ordered. Tried to sell me a "comperable" Sigma flash. Same phone number for Mellodigital. Two names, same place, same unrealistic price."
"SCAM. No matter what you order from them, Steve is going to call you and let you know that your item is on backorder and try to sell you something else. Check the BBB rating, it says it all!"
"Agree with other reviewers. This store never has anything in stock despite product description stating otherwise. I am not sure what their game is since they don't seem to sell anything. Tried ordering a lens. Not in stock. It's not the first time I've tried."
"Accessory Circuit accepted my order for an sb-900 at a very low price and an su-800 at a normal on-line retail price. Within 2 days they e-mailed to indicate that it would be 3-5 weeks before they could ship. I elected to wait, called in early August and was told that they still weren't in stock. It's August 26 and my call to them today resulted in the same response, 3- 5 more weeks. I asked to speak to a supervisor (Robert) and learned that they have no way to know when the items will be available. No charges on my card yet, so I'll cancel this order and order from someone reputable."
"Avoid this place! They are the Bait and Switch King!! After reading some negative 'bait and switch ' reviews, I stupidly decided to tempt fate and order a product. I included a note on my order for a Nikon flash that I only wanted the order placed if the item was in stock (the item was shown to be in stock at the time of order). Not surprisingly, within minutes of the order the item was somehow out of stock (this is the common thread of all their negative reviews) and wasn't expected to be in stock for 3-5 weeks. I was offered an upgraded flash, but when I stated I would only accept Nikon, the negotiation ended. The order was canceled immediately when I refused to accept a generic flash.
The prices at this site are great, and if you actually ended up with the ordered product, my guess is you'd be happy. Unfortunately, they have no items in stock. If you want to order a Lamborghini and get talked into a Chevette, this is the site for you. Otherwise, save yourself a day or two of headaches, and find a site that will actually complete the order you want completed."
"DON'T ORDER! I was recommended to AccessoryCircut from the Google Shopping page to purchase a Canon 430EX II Speedlite E-TTL II Shoe-Mount Flash for about $20 less than any other site was offering it. I made my purchase and received a confirmation email with my order number immediately. When checking my AMEX account this morning I noticed there was still no pending charge for my purchase and decided to check out the business online. Much to my surprise I found review after review of the bait and switch scam. When composing my email to have my order canceled, like clockwork my phone started ringing and surprise surprise, it was Robert from AccessoryCircut calling to let me know my item was back ordered.
I kindly let him know I was just reading about his business and to please cancel my order, which he did immediately and sent me a cancellation number.
Shady business, it's worth $20 bucks to go somewhere else!"
"Everyone is right...these guys are a bait and switch shop. I ordered a discontinued Nikon SB 600 flash from them for a good price, figuring they had some overstock leftover. I received a call several days later that there was an issue with the order.
I called back and they advised the units were backordered from Nikon. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE, as Nikon has long since discontinued making these units and certainly wasn't sending out new shipments. They tried to upsell me to an off-brand unit at a higher price.
In short, these guys are a bunch of fraudsters, lying about having inventory in stock on their site when I ordered and then lying about expecting a new shipment in 4-6 weeks. They should be shut down, or at least fined by their state attorney general.
"SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Bait and Switch operation. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!! Had the same thing happen to me that has happen to everyone else, I read the bad reviews b4 ordering but I still decided to order, so after 3 hrs, here comes the call offering me a different flash becuz it was on back order and it would take 4 weeks to get the canon speedlite 430, instead I was offered the sigma.... SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!"
"Accessory Circut is one of the worst companies to deal with. It is a Scam... I, like others, ordered the 430exii and was told they were "out of stock". One of the phone reps even told me up front that they would not be "getting any more in", as if they already had some. The supervisor Micahel Stephens was awful and rude, like I'm sure he is to everyone who he cannot rip off. Do NOT buy from them! It is a price "too good to be true"."

"Same thing as everyone. Posting a cheap price on SB600 after everyone else has raised it due to being discontinued. Called me a few hours afterward trying to pitch something else."
