"This is a SCAM company. Website listed item (Nikon Flash) in stock. Placed order on 12/9/2010. AC indicated item would be shipped in 5 days. Nothing came. AC said it was a supplier problem...said I would still have it for Xmas. On 12/21 I still did not have it and cancelled the order. AC sent a confirmation email saying they would reimburse my card. As of 1/6/2011 they still have not reimbursed the card. In AC's email they instruct you to dispute the charge with your credit card company if reimbursement does not appear in 3 days. Note:If they can charge it they can reimburse the card. AC is counting on people just accepting the email as assurance that the card will be reimbursed. They know some people won't check or will forget to dispute with the card company. SCAMMERS!!!"

"On 12/16/2010 I ordered a Nikon SB-400 Speedlight from AccessoryCircuit. On 12/21/2010 I received an email from them that said the following: "Due to unexpected volume this holiday season, we have not been able to fulfill all of our orders. Our vendors simply could not keep up with the demand, therefore we have credited your card in the amount of $99.99. Should the case arise where the credit does not appear on your statement within 3 business days you will need to contact your issuing bank." The email from AccessoryCircuit also stated: "You should advise your bank that you have a charge which you are disputing and would like an immediate refund of the charge." On 12/30/2010 I checked my account and the credit had not yet appeared and I contacted the bank and confirmed that no credit had been issued. I then disputed the charge, as AccessoryCircuit suggested, and I will get the refund from the bank. When I contacted AccessoryCircuit by telephone, they insisted that the credit was issued but also said I should dispute the charge to get an immediate credit. My feeling is that AccessoryCircuit does not issue credits and bets that most customers will either not notice that a credit was not issued or not bother disputing a payment by contacting the bank. AccessoryCircuit is a company that should be forever boycotted. "

" I'm a first time purchaser of this company. I would like to mention that their prices for name brand items are very reasonable.Not only do they have cheap prices they even threw in free shipping.
I loved the fact that this company sent a follow up Email with the shipping info along with the tracking number. I noticed a typo or miscommunication on the mailing address street name and sent a reply back to their support center by replying to the Email that I recieved. I wasnt sure if I had to contact UPS to see if I could correct this or not. Before I went through any hassel, the customer service alerted me that they had already addressed the problem and sent me an Email letting me know.
I will always use this company for all my accessory needs and will recomend this place to all my friends and family."

"I ordered a flash and paid for expedited shipping. After waiting beyond the guaranteed date, I contacted customer support. They apologized for the delay and promised to have it shipped the next day, with overnight delivery. The following day, I received an email notifying me that holiday volume had overwhelmed them and they had cancelled my order. I had placed my order on Dec. 9 and they cancelled on the 22nd, leaving me with little time to replace the gift. They did credit back my card, but goodness - what a Christmas disappointment! Do NOT purchase from AccessoryCircut!"

"I ordered a Nikon SB600 for my husband for Christmas. I received a phone call later on that same evening telling me that the flash was on "national backorder" and he assumed that I was ordering the flash for Christmas. I was indeed ordering the flash for a gift and knew that my husband really wanted the Nikon. The representative was telling me that they did have a Vivitar flash which he would give to me for the same price, as he could give me the "black friday" deal for $100 off the item. I was told that if my husband did not like the flash, I could indeed return the item after Christmas, the absolute ONLY REASON that I decided to go with the other flash. I called today to try and return the flash or exchange for the original flash that I ordered. I was told I could not return the flash, it was over the 14 day return policy. Then I was told they do not take a return on flashes, get your story straight here! I was put on hold multiple times and treated very poorly as a customer. I tried staying on the line until I was either able to get a refund or exchange, the customer service rep replied, "I can just hang up the phone." I am VERY VERY unhappy about this service and treatment as a customer. I read reviews that other people had the same scam happen to them, unfortunately, these reviews were not posted until recently. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying the few dollars extra and buying your item at a store that you can trust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total bogus website and extremely poor service and manners! I have taken action against this website and I would tell you all to do the same!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And I eat fast food twice a day. These guys were very unhelpful and talked my girlfriend into buying a flash for my DSLR that I didn't want because they claimed it was better. It was a piece of garbage. When we tried to exchange it for the one we wanted, as they claimed we could, they tried to deny the exchange. Now we have to wait 3-4 weeks for the product to come in before they can issue the exchange. SCAMMERS. Please, NEVER shop with this company."

"HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I can't believe that this company has more than one star. Terrible customer service. They jerked me around for over a week and it wasn't until I began to make threats that they finally saw fit to inform me that my order wouldn't be arriving for another two weeks, and they couldn't even confirm that claim. My money has still not been refunded and it's been 3 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE."

"I purchased the SB400 flash for my Nikon. As with the other people here, in stated that it was in-stock. They processed my payment, said it was in shipping and then the next day, sent me an email that it was out of stock and they canceled my order. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. After placing a phone call today, they said they would have billing call me back. I've yet to hear from them. I still don't have my money back!

Second call placed to them. The associate was rude and stated there was no one there due to the blizzard...a blizzard that was over 2 days ago! I now have filed a claim with my bank to get my refund and I plan to file a claim with the BBB. I suggest all here do the same."

"We ordered a flash from accessorycircut.com on 12/3/10 and promptly got a call that the flash was on backorder and they could get me another flash of similar quality much faster. The order was supposedly shipped and delivered but we never got it. UPS told us to to contact the seller and ask them to put a tracer on the package. Rebbeca Court contacted UPS on 12/13/10 and then told us that they would expedite another flash ASAP. Got an email saying that due to high volume they would not be able to get the flash shipped and we would get a refund within 24 hours. It has been 4 days and still no refund. Terrible service and so far they have not refunded my money."

"Same old song for this company--ordered a Nikon SB600 flash and tripod for a great price--noticed that I had not received a shipping confirmation email 4 days after ordering. I called the company and they ensured me that it would go out the following Monday, overnight, so that it would be in plenty of time for Christmas. That Tuesday, I received an email telling me that "the vendors" were unable to keep up with demand and we are sorry if this "inconvenienced" me. Slight inconvenience--no present for Christmas!!! I wouldn't be writing this if the salesman would have told me the 8 days before Christmas that they were not able to fill my order, but to LIE to me and tell me it is on my way is unacceptable for any company.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE LIARS!"

"This company is ridiculous... the worst on the internet!

My wife wanted the Nikon SB-400 flash for Christmas. After placing my order for the flash (that was listed as "In Stock") 15 days before Christmas, they charged my account $99.99. I was excited because this was the cheapest I had seen on the internet for this flash. I waited for 4 days... no package and no email stating that they had shipped the item. I then emailed their customer service department asking if they had shipped my package. I quickly received an email and it stated that they did not, saying "Due to high volume of orders we have been delayed in shipping some packages. We will expedite your package and have it to you before Christmas." I immediately wrote back saying "Okay... thanks! I appreciate you expediting it and as soon as it arrives I will write a positive review on resellerratings.com to say thanks."

Well 2 days passed and today I get an email saying they are not going to ship my item and are refunding me my original cost because they are unable to ship due to their "vendors not being able to keep up with demand." That is the most bogus thing I have ever heard. If your website states that you have something in stock, then you should have it in stock. Now I have no Christmas present for my wife and have to wait 3 days (which will be Christmas Eve) for my refund to post to go buy her another flash from somewhere else.

I've seen many bad reviews of this company but thought I would take a chance. I know never to trust this or any other company again, when time matters. I have never had this happen to me and I buy from numerous websites. Anyone would think that if your company is getting very bad reviews, they would do something about trying to change it. Really they are exactly what people say, scammers and bad business practicers.

Stay away from this company... in the end its really not worth the trouble. I could have paid $10 more and had my wifes Christmas present here long before now. Very dissapointed."

"I placed an order for a flash unit for a Nikon SLR camera for a Christmas gift on December 8th. It was shown as in stock and immediately after ordering I received a confirmation that it was in shipping. Today the 20th I still have not received it so I checked the order status and it still says "in shipping". I've called them 4 times over the past two weeks. The first two times they lied to me and said it was in shipping. The third time they admitted they did not have it but promised to have it to me by Christmas. Today they admitted they were not going to have it in time. I canceled the order and had to pay $40 more including 2 day shipping in order to get it somewhere else. Had I known it was a back ordered item, I would have ordered from another retailer and paid just a few dollars more. This place will tell you anything to stall you. I wish I had read the reviews before I had used this company."

"I honestly dont recomend this website, whatsoever. I ordered a canon 430 ex ii flash from them and that same day they called telling me that the flash i had ordered was backordered and then they tried to offer me a "better" vivitar flash. I declined and they said they would charge my card that same day, but that the the one i had would be shipped the following week. It is now three weeks later and they have not shipped it, nor have they answered my calls about canceling my order. I am thoroughly unhappy with the service i have recieved. "

"I can't believe I've been burned ordering on the internet. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from Accessory Circuit (with a questionable i). I ordered the recommended charger kit for my Canon Powershot A610 (CBK4-200), I got a message to call them on my answering machine, the next day another message and when I did call them they told me the kit was on back order and they wouldn't have it for everal weeks. To make a long story short, he was willing to upgrade me to a better charger, give me a $20 coupon and only charge me $9 more than my original charger would have cost. Regretfully he sent me the Kodak Value Charger K620-C which sells for a lot less than the $29 they charged me for it and is apparently not the high grade charger they said they were sending.
I can't believe I fell for this. I'm a decent person, I'm a widow, I go to Mass almost daily, I'm kind to animals, charitable with my fellow man, how could I be this stupid? I'm angry with myself for believing the young man who was "helping" me, so I wouldn't miss taking pictures during the holidays. I will contact my credit card company to see if I can do anything. It's kind of like the terrorist, they destroy your trust and take away some of your freedom. I won't be so trusting with internet retailers again."
