Our site is constantly updating products and prices. We have reviewed PriceGrabber's website and the pricing has been updated. Please note that this item was on a timed manufacturer rebate and once the rebate came off, the price went up. As far as using a coupon code, the item in question was excluded from any promotions. Please click through to the details page whenever using a code on our site (or any other). posted Sep-12-2011 “Abt apologizes for the inconvenience the customer experienced with the return of their order. Please note our return policy is 30 days on most items but 15 days on the computer they purchased.
Our records show the return label was issued within 24 hours of their request. We apologize the email notification was not received. We suggest the customer to check their spam filters as we have experienced our emails are sometimes caught in these filters. We have been in communication with the customer and re-issued the label to an alternate e-mail address. Unfortunately, upon further communication our records show we had an incorrect information and it has been corrected. At this time, we can confirm the customer received the return label on Friday, 9/8.”
"I went to the Abt store to purchase a new TV. Having never been to the store before I was amazed at the amount of products that Abt sells. What was even more amazing was the level of service at such a giant store. There were salepeople available everywhere to answer questions and discuss products. I left with a Sony Bravia TV and we have been very happy with it. I would definitely purchase from Abt again and we are thinking of registering there for our wedding!"
