When we called back, we got tremendous pressure to buy insurance, cables, etc. We had already signed up for "white glove" delivery, but they still tried to sell us insurance that would cover the costs of return shipment if the TV was damaged on the way to us. Total rip-off. We declined all of these repeatedly. Finally we asked when it would be shipped. He said 1-2 weeks and slammed down the phone. We then got a call from our credit card fraud department and (thankfully) had declined the charge because they had too many issues with them. We then got a call from someone else at customer service apologizing that sometimes the sales people get too pushy and if we would just clear up the credit card rejection, they would ship it out right away and throw in some cables for free. We declined and now I have ordered elsewhere. Unfortunately, it appears that was is said out there is true. Abes was not trustworthy.
