"Purchased a plasma TV from Abes and waited three weeks for delivery. When the TV was delivered it was grossly damaged. Albert from Abes called and apologized for the delay. They seem very concerned about treating customers fairly and expeditiously. Rather than canceling the order I will wait to get the product from Abes. After speaking to Albert it was apparent the damage was unintentional and not how they typically do business. "
