I placed my order shortly after Thanksgiving after cancelling my order with another online vendor because they told me the TV I wanted was on backorder. When I called Abe\u0027s of Maine, I asked them to confirm several times that the TV was in stock and ready to ship. I explained that I was cancelling my order with another online company because they told me the TV was on back order. The employee at Abe\u0027s of Maine repeatedly told me that the TV was in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. I placed my order and waiting several days. 5 days after placing my order, I hadn\u0027t received a shipping notice or confirmation email so I called their customer support line. After sitting on hold for 40 minutes, I finally got in touch with someone who informed me that my TV was on backorder. As you can imagine, I was not very happy. I decided to be patient and hold out for a new shipment which I was told would take 1-2 weeks. Here we are in January and I still don\u0027t have a TV. I don\u0027t know what the deal is with AOM but I am over this run-around. I\u0027m canceling my order, and paying an additional $50 to order the TV through Greystone Appliance.
