"Merchant failed to deliver an ink order two weeks after sending me the shipping notice email. Tried contacting them repeatedly but was met with various excuses: "it's impossible to give you a tracking number", "there's nothing we can do until 15 days later". And finally: "your address doesn't work". Strange indeed since we get hundreds of letters/packages every week week at the exact same address from all major shipping companies without any problem. They are heaping on the excuses to avoid giving a full refund. "

"This is the second time I ordered ink cartridges from them. The orders shipped the same day, arrived by Priority Mail, nicely packed. I was sent the tracking numbers as soon as they were shipped. The quality of the BCI-24 black is very good; almost the same as Canon's and the price is 5 times less.

Once I had to cancel an order that had already been charged, and they sent me an e-mail not only confirming that they had canceled the order, but also asking me if there is anything else they can do."

"This is absolutely the best merchant to purchase generic inkjet cartridges from. Low prices & fast shipment. I have ordered cartridges for Canon and Epson; never had a problem with any cartridge. Prices are approximately 1/6-1/8 of OEM ink."

"I had never purchased from this company before and was a little hesitant about the quality of their “compatible” ink and ordering from a company I had heard little about. I placed my order Tuesday and it arrived Saturday, nicely packed, containing everything I ordered along with a detailed invoice. The compatible/remanufactured black ink cartridge I tried out has worked great so far, with no noticeable quality difference from the printer-brand cartridges I was previously using. The company also sent an email saying when the order was about to ship, along with a tracking number. I’ll definitely purchase ink from this company again, and recommend abacus24-7.com to anyone else looking to save a buck or two on ink without sacrificing print-quality.

Bottom line – good prices, good product, good packing, and prompt delivery
