"THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!! I ordered last year from ABC and I didn't receive my package at all. Nothing but a card saying it had been cancelled because the item was no longer available, 2 days after the delivery date. I decided to give them one more try. NO LUCK!!! I ordered on the 4th of DEC. and have been told each time I call that the order is being shipped that day, each call lasting over 45 minutes on hold!! Rude customer service personel that are of no help until today when I finally got someone on the phone and I cancelled the order. Thank God that I didn't pay for this up front....I would never get my money back at this rate."
"Terrible customer service! No toll free # so when you are calling to complain about your order not arriving you have to pay a heafty phone bill if you don't live in the area. No e-mail contact. Website is not working more than its working. Orders always late, backordered, or lost. If you order a product and they run out you don't get a call or e-mail, they send you a post card letting you know about a day before you need it or after. Order status is always saying its in the shipping process, yet it will soon change to backordered. Orders always came FedEx until right before Christmas they decided to ship all of mine parcel post. Order shipped on 12/6/05 still hasn't arrived yet order shipped on 12/12/05 same way arrived 2 days ago. Can't track because its parcel post. Tracking # given on site isn't a valid one for USPS."
"OK 1st off I am so angry that if I could get to the corporate office they would be paying me money. I placed my order 11/29/05. It is now 12/21/05 4 days before Christmas and STILL no delivery. I have called ABC Distirubting numerous times and each time I call I find that thier delays put me in a position to have to cancel items due to running out of stock, not to mention the lies about the items being shipped when Fed Ex clearly hasnt even picked up to make a dleivery yet. They show that they sent data to Fed ex 12/06/05 yet the items are out of stock some of them and the others have not yet been picked up. Im sorry I have dealt with Fed ex for numerous years and I fail to believe this is thier error. I already told 3 supervisors if my items are not received before Christmas I am not signing for them and they can stick them up thier butts. Not to mention the ornaments for a tree that wont be up but 1 more week. Who needs them now......BOY I AM PISSED and will have not a good thing to say about them to anyone. Now on the other hand LTD is much better in this area. Hard to believe they are sister companies..HA HA HA"
"I placed an order in the beginging of Dec. Still have not recieved anything, Called them at 305-944-6900 was on hold 25 min and they said all items were shipped. Called fed ex they said they didnt have any of my packages. Called ABC back at 305-944-6900 and they told me they were waiting for fed ex to pickup. Called fed ex back and they said "it looks like we dont have toses packages in our posession". I don't know who is messing up but according to ABC, everything was shipped as of today and should receive them this week. Fed ex dosnt have them! Havnt had payment problems as I wait until I receive my bill, theres no way I'll pay them until I get my s***. Havn't had web page problems except that it says my packages have been transmitted to fed ex forever. So is it ABC or Fed ex? Miami sucks! "

"Ordered December 7, still waiting on package to be picked up by FedEx. I have been charged for the 2 cookbooks, but the website is worthless for anything except pissing you off. "I placed an order on 12/7/2005 without any reason to believe my shipment wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Why? Because there is absolutely NO shipping information mentioned on the website. There are no options, there are no time estimates and I ordered $700.00 worth of merchandise because I thought they were good deals. Today is 12/15/2005. My merchandise has been in the "shipping process" since December 9th when they deducted the e-payment from my checking account. I call today and now there is NO guarantee that I will receive anything by Christmas because they have to 'hold' my payment for 7-10 business days (of which is NEVER mentioned at anytime during the ordering process.) Nothing I ordered was personalized and I was given immediate information about what was backordered and what was available. It says on their "frequently asked questions" portion of the website that in-stock orders would be shipped immediately. WHAT A JOKE! I called and I held for 45 minutes and when she told me nothing was coming today...I threw a fit and spoke to her supervisor. She is supposed to call me. This money has already been deducted from my account and this was what I had to spend on Christmas. If I cancel everything, it will take 7-10 business days to credit my account. THis will never happen to me again. I am furious!!!
I placed this order at the end of November. I was advised a few days later that on 12/6/05 my order was shipped. Except it was not my whole order, there were 3 other items that were backordered (I cancelled them). And there were 2 other items still in 'shipping process' mode (A mode they have been in for 3 weeks now.
I have been able to 'Track' the package was shipped, and the status for almost a week now has been 'Package data transmitted to Fedex'. I called FedEx, apparently that means that Fedex received the notice, but never recieved the box.
To try and call the customer service is futile. If the call even picks up at all, it is dead air. Email has been non responsive, and I have no idea when to expect my shipment.
Once I went through the ordering procedure, I was never allow to choose my shipping method. That concerned me, so I attempted to cancel the whole order immediatly. However it had no record of my order placed just moments earlier. It wasen't until the next day (where 'shipping process' items cannot be cancelled) that my order showed up at all. "
