"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME to place orders on CHEAP PRODUCTS from A2Z Computers CROOKS unless you want to be RIPPED OFF and deal with the RUDE Customer Service Representatives. STAY AWAY FROM A2Z CRAPS AS FAR AS YOU CAN.

PChardware4U and A2Z Computers Inc. are two different names, but both names belong to the same business. You are not surprised when you see why A2Z Computers Inc. is exactly the same as PChardware4U Inc.

If you notice that A2Z Computers Inc. has had so many BAD ratings in its history of RIPPING and YELLING at their customers. The A2Z Computers Inc. uses a different business name, PChardware4U, to lure more customers in, then RIP them OFF just like WHAT IN HELL they did to their customers with their previous business name: A2Z Computers. These CROOKS did not change the way they do their business.

I shopped at many online stores such as NewEgg, ZipZoomFly, etc. and received great services from several stores. After I read a lot of good comments about A2Z Computers Inc., I assumed that this was a good place to shop UNTIL later I found out A2Z Computers Inc. has a bunch of CROOKS that are running their business.

I have never written such a long rating message as this one to criticize any online store in my entire life. Whoever have rated this A2Z Computers Inc. as a good place to shop must be DUMB and DEAD. You help these A2Z Computers CROOKS lure more customers in. As a result, many customers have become victims of A2Z Computers Inc. CROOKS.

The problem was, I placed my order around 3:58 AM CST on 12/26/2003. I found out the item was incompatible with my system, and then I sent a request e-mail to cancel my order around 4:22 AM CST 12/26/2003. Allison (She is a Business Development Coordinator at A2Z Computers Inc.) sent me a reply e-mail with a content showing that my order was cancelled around 8:31 AM CST 12/26/2003.

Around 3:25 PM CST 12/26/2003, about 6 hours since Allison sent me a reply e-mail to confirm my order cancelation, an employee of A2Z Computers Inc., sent me an e-mail saying that they shipped my order. WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON? Around 7:01 PM CST 12/26/2003, I received another e-mail from A2Z Computers Inc., saying my order had been shipped.

At that point in time, I realized that A2Z Computers Inc., was run by A BUNCH OF CRAPS inside their business operation. I called A2Z Computers Inc., on 12/26/2003 and spoke with a Customer Service Representative guy, and this guy was RUDE like HELL. As the result of my conversation with this RUDE guy, he confirmed that my order was cancelled on 12/26/2003.

On 1/20/2004, I called my Credit Card company and found out that A2Z Computers Inc. charged me the SHIPPING FEE for the ORDER that Allison CANCELLED on 12/26/2003. The fact is: A2Z Computers Inc., sent me an e-mail telling me that they cancelled my order, then 6 hours later, they went ship the item by their mistake of inconsistent decisions, and charged me the shipping fee. WHAT THE HELL WAS WRONG with these AWFUL MORONS at A2Z Computers Inc.?

I spoke with Terry on 01/20/2004 (She is a Customer Service Representative at A2Z Computers Inc.) regarding to this problem. She told me the order that I placed on 12/26/2003 was never cancelled. I said what about the order cancelation e-mail that was confirmed by Allison on 12/26/2003. She said A2Z Computers Inc., never cancelled my order on 12/26/2003. WHAT THE HELL WERE THESE CROOKS PLAYING? I said check with Allison about her canceling my order on 12/26/2003. Terry put me on hold until I got hung up. Crap! I tried to call back several times, but every time I called back, I got switched to their voice mails for leaving messages, and then their system hung me up.

MY RECOMMENDATION TO CONSUMERS IS:

A2Z COMPUTERS INC. HAS BEEN RUNNING BY CROOKS WITH CRAPS. BE AWARE OF THEIR CROOK TO GRAB YOUR MONEY.

MY RECOMMENDATION TO A2Z COMPUTERS INC. EMPLOYEES:

LEARN HOW TO DO A BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMERS AND REFUND ME MY SHIPPING MONEY THAT YOU HAVE RIPPED ME OFF FROM YOUR SHIPPING MISTAKE , AND LEARN NOT TO BE SUCH A BUNCH OF CROOKS IN YOUR FUTURE BUSINESS.

IF YOU WANT TO BE IN BUSINESS, YOU HAVE TO PUT CUSTOMERS ON FIRST WITHOUT CROOKING THEM. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

"Ordered a Celeron 1.1 GHz retail boxed Tualatin with 256k cache. Received an oem Coppermine 1.1 GHz part with 128k cache plus fan. Returned both and was credited with only base price and not sales tax or shipping. They still list retail Tualatin 1.1 GHz as in stock. This place (aka A2Z Computers) is simply a hassle and waste of time and money. AVOID!"

"BEWARE! I ordered a Sony model DRU510A retail DVD-RW drive from this company. It was advertised as a retail until with lots of software etc. When I received the package it was a bare drive in a box, and wasn't even the model I ordered. When I finally got a person to answer the phone, I found out that PChardware4U is the same as A2Z Computers. They have a terrible rating.
They aranged for me to send the drive back and promised to ship the correct one as soon as they received this one back. After waiting for nearly two weeks, I started trying to contact them to find out the status on my order. It took me two days to finally get to talk to someone in person. He could barely speak english and after putting me on hold for a while, came back and said they were going to issue me a refund. I told him I didn't ask for a refund, just send the product that I ordered. He then said that there was a mistake on the website and they wouldn't be able to sell the drive for that price. I have checked with my credit card company and so far the credit hasn't shown up.
If you are thinking of buying from PChardware4U or A2Z Computers, my advice would be DON'T even think about it.

"I purchased a monitor from this store online for 439.99. However, due to the fact that I had recently moved my bank would not authorize the new shipping address. PCHardware4U didn't tell me that the bank had a problem authorizing the address until I called days later to find out where the monitor was. I had the bank call the store and authorize the sale and everything seemed to be fine. They then cancelled my first order, charged my credit card the new price(499.99) and shipped the monitor without ever notifying me of the 15% price increase. I didn't know I had been charged the higher amount until I got the monitor with the invoice attached. When I called their 'sales' department, the indifferent voice on the phone told me that it was my fault for not having my new address placed with my bank. When I asked her why the company was so hesitant to sell the monitor to me for the price I agreed to pay she gave me a demeaning economics lesson outlining how prices rise due to 'supply and demand'(I'm an economics major). When I asked why I had not been notified of the higher price she told me that if I didn't like the price I could send the monitor back for a refund. Luckily the 1703fp is beyond expectations, if I could bear to part with it, I would send it back to PCHardware4U and pay the much higher price at Dell. You may get a good deal at this site but you run the risk of getting much more than you bargained for, horrible customer service, sudden price increases and unauthorized charges. Shop somewhere else."

"I purchased

which is a picture of an ATI 9600 Pro, not a third party company product. In fact it includes the manufacturer model number also, just to be sure they know you know it's a real ATI card and not a Sapphire or some other knock off.

It came as a Powercolor 9600 Pro, in the top corner, it says 256MB DDR, which is a sticker covering the actual 128MB DDR. I'm not sure exactly what this is supposed to mean, but Powercolor doesn't even sell a 256MB model of the 9600Pro so I don't even know what the heck is in this box.

Anyway, I got an RMA and I'm gonna TRY and return it to these morons. We'll see what happens from there."

"I ordered what the website described as a "kitted" hard drive, which was supposed to include at the very least the Data Lifeguard Tools software. A visit to the Western Digital website described the "kitted" hard drive as including software,cable,instructions, etc. What I recieved was a bare OEM hard drive wrapped in foam rubber.This company is very difficult to contact by telephone. I was a bit reluctant to buy from this company after reading the reviews. I took a chance. Live and learn"

"I want to start off by saying, THANK YOU!!!, To the people at a2zcomp.com. I was nervous about ordering Software online but they put all my concerns at ease. I ordered Studio MX 2004 on Wednesday and go it the next day before noon. I was ecstatic.
They deserve 5 STARS!! I will only buy my software from them and I have already started telling all my friends about them. Again thank you and best of luck to you guys at a2zComputers.
