On Cyber Monday 2012, I bought a $465 pair of Bruno Magli shoes for only $167! They were listed for $186 and I used an online coupon to get the price down to only $167 with free shippping! That was Monday. Today is Thursday and I'm wearing them! Now that is class!!! Great deals to be had on 6pm.com!!"

"This is the second time I purchased from 6pm.com, and I am not sure why. I guess I am looking for maternity clothing and got desperate for a specific brand and item that is not available elsewhere. Bad mistake. They offer free shipping, but if you return you have to pay for returns and they will cut out shipping charges. Its so ridiculous! You end up paying for both sides. Who today does this? Which website and company does this? They don't even send a return label, so you pay the higher price for returns. So crappy. Its not like their prices are that low.I will not buy from this site again. They anyway don't have much variety. Their website is also crappy, the return policy doesn't explain everything. In addition, email customer service and they don't respond. I called and asked why I didn't get a response, they said "our Yahoo email customers have that problem". Well, a lot of customers use Yahoo, what type of an explanation is that? One of the worst customer-facing websites I have ever used. Don't buy from here, I too will take my business elsewhere."
"6pm is one of my favorite web sites for purchasing shoes. I have bought shoes from them a lot without any problems. I have yet to return shoes, so I don't have any experience of that end. I love that shipping is free. It would be even nicer if return shipping was free, but not if that increases the price of shoes, which is excellent so far. I love that sometimes they have really great deals, like today I bought a pair of Madden Girl shoes for 9.99! I hope they fit because USPS return shipping costs $8.53 and doesn't make sense to return shoes that were bought for almost the same cost as shipping."
"This company is absolutely horrendous! Do not waste your time with them. Their customer service is by far the worst that I have dealt with. They are notorious for canceling orders and with out notification. They will promise follow up and you will never here from them and your orders will usually be delivered late. Paying for expedited shipping is a joke as they are unable to ship your order with in the time frame even if you pay the extra amount.Save yourself the time and effort and order products through a reliable company."

"Terrible service. I ordered a pair of Croc shoes according to 6pm's size chart. Then when I recevied the shoes the sizes are WAY OFF! Send an email to 6PM asking that I should not be responsible for return shipping when their size chart is way off, but they refused and simply say that it is none of their business. "Absolutely worse customer service ever! When I called, I felt like I was part of an SNL skit. I realized that it had been quite some time since I ordered my shoes online and queried the order for the tracking information. The best part of this process was that the tracking number was there. Per the UPS site, the shoes could not be delivered due to lack of suite number (which I had provided when I placed the order). I sent an address correction to UPS, and also sent an email to 6pm.com with the same information, advising that they had forgotten to put the suite number on the package and UPS could not deliver it. I received an email that they would refund my money. Since I do not want a refund, I want the shoes, I called customer service. They apologized for "UPS being unable to deliver the package due to the lack of a suite number on the package" they also blamed Paypal (even though my address is correct my Paypal account), and told me that they would be happy to refund my money. All I wanted was for them to stop the package in route. All they have to do is contact UPS and confirm. They chose not to. I spoke with a customer service representative. After she could not stop reading her script and hear me for even one momen,I then (very calmly) asked for a supervisor. He was no different, and I doubt that they even have supervisors. Both contacts, when I asked "So, what you are saying is that you can not arrange for me to receive the the shoes I ordered" skirted the question and quoted their process, the result of which was: I could have the shoes after they are received back at their mysterious warehouse, go through their complex refund process, are posted back into inventory, are placed back online for purchase, and if I happen to be watching online when this happens and am lucky enough to be able to purchase this one and only pair of shoes in this size/style, I can have them. Actually, I do have a suggestion to 6pm.com: fire all of your customer service people. You do not need them. You have trained them to be robots; to interrupt the customer with their script, explaining your poor return process that has nothing to do with the customer and takes no responsibility for the process, and continually repeats this script regardless of what the customer says. You can do this equally poorly with actual robots, or via an automated phone message that just tells callers that 6pm.com takes no responsibility for their product or service once the box leaves your warehouse. I have no faith in 6pm. The only way I'll get my shoes is by the mercy of UPS. Other than that, fingers crossed that I get a refund without having to call the 6pm.com robotrons."
"I was so glad to have found shoes that I wanted to purchase a year prior online, and at such an amazingly discounted price; 70% less than originally marked. I was nervous about all of the bad reviews, but they were great. I can't wait to order again."
"this is by far the worst online shopping experience i have ever hadi found the dansko shoes i wanted and ordered a size 39(that is the size i actually wear)i received a size 35 when i called they said i could not order a 39 because they only had it in 35 i know that i did not order a size 35i printed the form and much to my surprise i had to pay the shipping to return their mistake!i was told that i would receive a refund in 6 SIX weeks!!!after 6 weeks i had no refund so i emailed them only to find out that they had no record of my purchase coming back to themi did everything they asked i printed the little form and put it in the original box and paid to send it backi wish i had read the reviews before buying from them"
"Found the only pair of shoes in the color and size I was looking for here. Price was also lower than anywhere else. Shipping was not free but was reasonable and quick. Item was exactly as described and I got the last one in that size and color. I am very satisfied."
"Ordered a pair of running shoes from them in size 11. Their website picture showed them as white in color, although it called them silver. Insead of something resembling what I ordered, they shipped me dark gray, almost charcoal, shoes that were really ugly - if their website accurately depicted how these shoes actually looked, I never would have bought them. Even worse, though, was the fact that the shoes they sent to me, although marked an 11, were actually about a size 9. No person who wore a size 10 or above could have even fit their feet into these tiny, clearly mislabled shoes. I called 6pm's customer service, explained the problems, and was told they'd be glad to give me a refund of my purchase price, but not my original shipping cost or my return shipping (which was about 65% of the cost of the shoes. When I said "Your website misrepresented the shoes' appearance plus the shoes are not accurately sized, so you should pay shipping both ways like Zappos or Shoes.com." She told me "Sorry, but we can't be responsible for the fit of our shoes or your personal preferences as to style" and hung up on me.I called back, demanded to talk to a CS manager, and after explaining the situation, requested that 6pm foot the bill for the return shipping and the manager said "Sorry, but we're not responsible for customers' buyer's remorse" and then she hung up on me too. Horrible service."
"Warning !!! Do not order from this site. I had to pay $9 for a return of a $40 item. Ridiculously bad policy. Stay away if you're not 100% sure that the shoe will fit. I ordered my size, a size 8 and the boot was too tight, too small. 6pm doesn't deserve your business. Stick with the leaders in this industry that do not charge for returns. I'll never stray again!!!"
"Found a pair of Nine West shoes I desperately wanted here and was thrilled. Ordered them from 6pm.com, got the order confirmation at 10/8 10:07 am. Waited 3 weeks, nothing. Finally went online and looked up my invoice number only to see "CANCELLED 10/8, 10:08 am." under status. WTF? Never got an email, no idea who cancelled this. Checked my Visa statement. 6pm.com charged the $44 to my Visa on 10/10, two full days after the order was "cancelled." No refunds. I sent an email to 6pm: no answer. I called and spoke to an operator that told me the warehouse cancelled the order and whoops...forgot to inform me. When I asked about the money, she told me refunds can take up to 10 business days. I told her it had already been 14 business days. She put me on hold. When she came back I was told that, golly...they forgot to refund me too. Sorry! So...no shoes, no communication, no chance to reorder a different size because now they're all out. It was intimated that maybe they should hold onto the money and maybe I could pick out something else on their website. I suggested they return the money. She acted like it was in the "to do" pile but as a favor to me, she "went ahead and authorized the refund" and it should be there in my account within 2 to 10 MORE business days. For my trouble, she "gave me" expedited shipping on my next order, provided I order something in the next two days. FAT CHANCE. Does one woman run this out of her house or something? Or are they that shoddy of a business? UNPROFESSIONAL and with some rip-off tendencies. Watch your money with these people. They don't really have the inventory they claim."
