"Aside from their "order status" not quite being up to date.. which really stressed me out, as it said it hadn't even been shipped yet.. but i emailed them and they promptly wrote back informing me that it HAD been sent and they gave me the ups tracking # too.
So, though the item took a little longer than I'd hoped.. it was still in a timely manner.. and the price was unbelievably low! better than anyone else! and the item was exactly what i needed and showed up in pristine condition.
So if anyone out there has "Foot drop".. this is the very best company to go to!"

"order item, and after nearly two weeks waiting, and yes my card was charged, I called because I had received no shipping info. I was told the product was no longer available and they would refund my money. They were polite. They screwed up, should have let me know immediately. And after a big screw up like that they should have given me a coupon or something to compensate me, but they did not. There loss as I will never have confidence to shop there again."

"I must say that my experience with 4md solutions was delightful. Although i had trouble finding the item i was looking for on the website after a quick call with customer service I got the item i was looking for and cheaper than i thought. i will definitely be shopping at 4md in the future.

"Don't bother - I placed my order last night for an item listed on their website. The website confirmed my order and I received an order number and a confirmation code. The next morning I got a call from someone with the company telling me that they were not going to ship my item because they could only order them in quantities of 2, and refused to sell me the item that I had paid for the night before."

"Being disabled I was looking for a rollator. I searched high & low on the web & finally picked the Winnie Walker Drive 161. I had trouble finding reviews, but figured that if a large number of sites carried it that it must be a good bet. I looked for the best price & a company I felt I would be comfortable with. Since 4MD Medical Solutions is a Women run organization I couldn't go wrong.
I had problems with the brakes on my unit but received excellent, prompt & courteous service. I have recommended 4MD Medical Solutions to friends & people who have asked where I got my walker. Thank you very much. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
