"I placed this order becasue of the pricing & becasue it was in stock when I ordered it. It was noted that I would get 3-5 day shipping as well. It took me several emails to find out where it was and I was then informed that it was backordered AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME!!!! So therefor the order arrived way late 02/13/12 causing me to have to pay retail for what I needed. I will never do business with them again!!!!"
"I have been taking these suppliments for years and have been totally satisfied with them. They are what they claim to be. I was, however, disappointed with at least one of the jars that was just shipped. There was an open capsule inside and it made the rest smell and taste terrible. It was very moist inside and they were all stuck together. I took out what I can use but am not a happy camper. The product was sealed and in the use by date so I do not blame 4ALLVITAMINS. I sincerely hope it doesn't happen again."
"I will NEVER do business with them again! Their customer service is the worst of any company I've had to deal with in years of shopping online!!!! Shipping was slow and then to top it off, they send a wrong item. A month later, I still don't have my vitamins. They expect me to wait for them to mail a mailing label to return the wrong product & when they get their item back, only then will they send out what I already paid for. I never got the label either. I had to file a dispute with PayPal, which they still haven't responded to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!!!"
"I ordered from you for the first time in January. I ordered Bone Strength Take Care also for the first time. You were running a special that offered 144 caplets for the price of 120. I ordered 3 bottles because it was a good deal. I received 3 bottles of 120 and emailed an inquiry about it. I expected 144. I received a response that I had ordered the bottles with 120 caplets. If that is so, it was not what I intended and the website was confusing. I expected to get 144 in each bottle because of the sale. I emailed 2 more inquiries and got no response at all. I think at least some of the responsibility is your company's since it was, in my opinion, a confusing offer. Why would anyone pay the same amount for less if they had a choice? As of now, I would give you the lowest rating on everything but shipping, but I am willing to change my mind after I hear from you. "
