The camera arrived in excellent condition and on the day we were told to expect delivery. It was well packed and the addition of a free lens and screen cleaning kit was a nice touch. The only possible negative was a call from someone at the company letting us know that a "proprietary" memory card would be needed for the camera and asking if we wanted such a card included with the order. Information from the camera company indicated that just about any SD card (SD, SDHC, SDXC and Eye-Fi) would work. All-in-all a good experience.
