"I placed my order with them on 1-31-12 sent them an email 4 days later to check the status they said they had no information waited an additional 3 days sent them an email trying to get status first thing in the morning. They finally responded 7 hours later and said they did not have the product I ordered that inventory was incorrect. This to me is not right this was a Valentine's day gift for my wife and they have completly ruined a really great gift. If they say they have 1 get it somewhere else save yourself the hassel"

"At this point, I am not a happy camper. I placed an order with them last Monday, 1 week ago. I have not received my order. I can access their site with my email address and password, but the tracking will not accept the same information. I plan to give them 2 more days and if I do not receive my order by then, I will cancel and get the lotion from another source. TUESDAY UPDATE: Now I AM a happy camper, I just received my order. This was my first order from this company, and I may have misjudged them. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it was solved fairly and promptly by 3tailer.
