I emailed you privately with more information, but I will summarize up here.

Existing customer ordered a FREE CD and he paid for shipping.
Was under the impression we sent the wrong 3Gstore Support CD, but we only have one and it indeed was the correct CD for the product the customer had.
It looks like there was a mail loop (auto reply or some other glitch) and there were multiple auto replies to our support system and it automatically stops from staying in a mail loop forever.
Do not worry we do not BAN customers, never have and never will and as you can see from my personal email.
