It arrived with two \u0022Q\u0022 keys and no \u0022w\u0022 key. They agreed to exchange it. I mailed it back (they paid postage). Upon my inquiry as to the replacement, they stated that the one they had in stock was defective and the replacement could not be made for at least another month. I requested a credit be made to my credit card. Can only hope the credit is forthcoming.
