The particular Power Supply I ordered was the best deal on the internet and received the product in 4 days (estimate was 3-6 days).<br>Had a slight issue with the install because one of the connectors was a dual 4-pin--2 4-pin connectors connected side-by-side (looks like a single 8-pin; I didn't know that). Called Support. They answered very promptly and I was forwarded to a Tech who straightened me out and then stayed on the phone while I connected the power supply and verified that it worked. Well, it is bad, and I will not order from them ever again.<br><br>To summarize, I ordered an AMD 975 processor on 3\/14\/13 and their site indicated the item was in stock. Having received no update re status, I emailed their customer service for status around 3\/20\/13, but received no response. On 3\/24\/13 I reviewed their site and see that the AMD 975 is no longer in stock, and my order status still indicates my item has not shipped.
