Most items are good products, some are less than what you'd expect. I think the original prices they quote on the items are inflated, so you have to factor that into what you think is a "bargain" but if you do your homework, look up the brand etc you can feel fairly confident that you're getting a good price. The shipping is consistently a little longer than other sites, but I've never had a problem with an item in this area. It just takes a little longer to get it. Don't order anything you need next week. I haven't had any reason ot contact customer service, the products are pretty much how they are presented, and I've never received anything broken or flawed. I emailed this company with all of the details, including the police report number. One month and 11 emails later, I was informed that they could not file the claim since it had been too long since the delivery and they would not refund my money or send a replacement for my order. Had they actually filed the claim when I first informed them of the issue, it would have been within the time frame and I wouldn't be out the money for a pillow and an entire Baby Einstein DVD collection for my son.
