I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your product, the WC180. We do promote this product as a great door chime for the hearing impaired, not because of the loudness but because of the bright strobe light. We also supplied a video that shows the door chime strobe, which we have not edited in any way. We have had many positive reviews on this strobe chime and your review is the first one that states the strobe is not bright. The bright strobe has been the feature that sets it apart from other products.
With that said, I realize the product may not be for everyone so that's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, of which your purchase qualifies for another week or so. I think you will find our return process is extremely easy and not as difficult as your comment may make it appear to be.
