"While I was purchasing media cases from them they were fine. Unfortunately when I chose to purchase a dvd recorder/player from them, I realized what a cheap worthless company they are. They send the item bent. Did they sit on it? The disc tray wouldn't eject over 50% of the time. I examined it and was shocked to discover it was bent. I returned the item, but they returned it to me, not living up to their own warranty/guarantee. Don't believe them. They are like a street stall in India with 2nd hand goods. They told me to send their "new" product to the manufacturer for warranty service. I sold the product to someone else explaining the bend, Lost 50% of its value doing that but I was glad to be rid of Videoguys. Shop elsewhere. You'll be glad you did."
"FANTASTIC! I was truly surprised and amazed at the service and CRAZY SPEEDY delivery of my Matrox MXO2 Mini. I went to another vendor in Maryland at first, but they didn't have it and couldn't get me a good time as to when they'd get any. And I really needed it yesterday!
Called Videoguys who were on the east coast and they said they'd be getting some in sometime this week... this is Tuesday May 25th mind you... so I placed my order over the phone.
I was a little worried about doing that, but all fears are gone now. TWO DAYS later a box is at my door and I never think it's the mini, but BAM! it's the mini, the proper parts, and the right price delivered in TWO DAYS!!
I will most likely get ALL of my video needs from them, even if I go cross country I will order from them. Good service is GOLDEN and first impressions are everything, Videoguys has made an AMAZING first impression on me.

"I purchased a Matrox100Extreme Pro package, the "Capture Card" did not work out of the box. They did not have the "Technical Expertise", but they put me in touch with the "Techs" at the factory, and eventually I got ahold of one that figured out that the board was bad and needed replacing. Customer Service at "Videoguys" was outstanding! Barbara and Kim really know how to make a customer happy. I also had to return an item on another invoice and had "Zero Problems" doing it. "
"I ordered the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme Pro Suite from Videoguys.com. I should receive free keyboard and free Getting Started with Adobe Premiere Pro training. The package came with no free items. I sent them the request. The keyboard came two weeks later. I sent another request for the free trainnig video. It came in two week later. Now I tried to upgraded the Matrox Xtools from Matrox. When I did, the computer prompt an error as it looks for the Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. Then I checked the Adobe version in my computer. It is Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0. And I also found that I got Adobe Audition 1.0 and Adobe Encore DVD 1.0. The Matrox RT.X100 Xtrem Pro suite should come with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, Adobe Audition 1.5 and Adobe Encore DVD 1.5. At this time I emailed the customer support at Videoguys.com. I felt that I got cheated. Videoguys.com sent me the older version "
