After one month i wrote to them that I haven't received it and I wanted a refund. They wrote that they contacted post office and it should be with me any day but they simply ignored my request for a refund. I wrote to them 2 weeks later again with a refund request as I still haven't got anything and they asked me to wait as it takes time to sort things out with the post office. It's been 3 months since I paid and they still ignore everything I write and just ask me to wait. Disgusting service. I do not what to say any wrong on others, but there are certain points why I like Tinydeal the best.<br>Of course they have low prices, more or less the same as few others. The best about Tinydeal is their fast delivery. I order an item then within 14 days I always got what I want. Compare to others, where sometimes takes 2 monthes to get my order.<br>This fast delivery makes them a good dropshipping partner also. I tried it many times. If I order to myself or my customers from their European warehouse I get the goods in 5-7 day. Which is quite good. If they could increase the number of their goods in their EU warehouse I will spend most of my time selling their products. <br>I have to mention their affiliate program. You can get quite good percentage of points after selling something with their links. These points could be used on purchasing or within two monthes could be cash out. I asked them to contact China Post for me and they did, China Post would resend it and if I didn\u0027t receive it, I would get a full refund. The phones are about what you would expect for $60; OK, but nothing great.<br>However, one of the phones was defective... it would cut off about 10 seconds into a call. I contacted TinyDeal and they told me to send the phone back to them for a replacement. I sent the phone back to China, they acknowledged they received it and told me a replacement would be sent soon. Then after a few weeks they emailed me and told me I had to send them $20 to repair the phone. Later, they told me it would cost $40. I have written them numerous emails, but they refuse to stand behind their product. <br>These phones are low quality, and not reliable... which is what you should expect for the price. But even worse, is their complete lack of customer support and service. Be very careful when ordering from TinyDeal Direct. The phone had many faults, we could not send text messages as the screen would turn off in the mid-sentence; our conversations would get cut off, and many other faults. I left neutral feedback on ebay and they emailed me asking what can they do for me to remove the feedback? I finally, after several emails, agreed to return it ONLY for a full refund. I made sure I had an email where they said they would do this. It cost me $18 to return this to them! A week or so later I got an email that said they got the phone back and they needed my address again to mail it back to me?! It sounded like they were going to repair it and return it even though we clearly discussed I did not want that! So I wrote back saying we agreed to full refund. The next email then said \u0022when they receive item back\u0022 will work it out! They are obviously playing games. In another email they said they already spent funds to repair it (an outright lie since they didn\u0027t even know at that point whether they got the phone or not?!)and had the nerve to ask me to send them more money! I couldn\u0027t believe it. Then they offered 20% refund, then 45%, then 50%, then 45% again, then 50% again, then full, then they made me write from ebay saying I would remove the feedback with full refund. I did that several times. Still no refund. Many more email exchanges getting nowhere. It was an awful experience, my worst on ebay since my many many years there. THey are the WORST. I have every email exchange if anyone wants to see, LOL! Stay away.. they only play games with you and they don\u0027t care that they sell defective products.. out for your money and that\u0027s it!
