"PRAY NOTHING GOES WRONG!!!! If it does they could care less! Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. I ordered a dress from this site. My shipping date came and went without notice. Suddenly the dress arrives with loose beading and I am ticked off! I request a refund for the dress and they say "sorry, can you fix it yourself." Who does that?!!!! I have been requesting a refund for two weeks now, and now they appear to be ignoring me because I am asking to speak with someone higher. They have tarnished my wedding experience with their lack of customer concern and unprofessionalism."

"i was introduced to tbdress.com by a colleague who told me she had seen this hollywood mermaid one shoulder floor length dress that she thought could fit well with my curvy(yes that is what they say)and so i decided to have a look.i got the dress since my friend was right cause it really suited me.i liked the dress.since then i get everything including a pair of earrings bracelets hand bags and shoes from tbdress.com and why tbdress.com? because they mean it."

"I spent a grand total of $99.18 on a Linellae Comforter. They have received payment, while I am still waiting for my product. This is not how business should be conducted. Waiting for something that is rightfully mine for 2 months now is ridiculous. I feel like I got ripped off and taken advantage of. Victimized."

"The dress I ordered looked nothing like on the picture. They used some cheap fabric and the dress looked like something you'd buy at a swap meet. Not even worth what I paid for.Don't trust this site you'll end up with something completely different than what you asked for."

"Tbdress is the worst website ever. The quality is bad. Service is bad. And the dresses don't even look like the picture they show you. Do not order from them. Even if u do get a refund all u get back is the item price, you don't get back the shipping fee which is $50+. So you are just waiting money and time either way. My dresses turned out to be horrible and I emailed them for a refund and they wouldn't reply. I'm never ordering from that website ever again."

"I PURCHASE A WEDDING DRESS FROM TBDRESS AND THE DRESS DIDNT FIT AND COME TO FIND OUT THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT SOMEONE. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO CONTACT BACK. AND WHEN THEY DID THEY WANTED ME TO SEND THEM A PICTURE. I DID AND THEY "NEVER" SAID THEY WOULD HELP RETURN THE ITEM SO I CAN GET THE RIGHT SIZE. SO KNOW I HAVE A WEDDING DRESS THAT I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH. THE COMPANY IS IN CHINA AND THE SERVICE I RECEIVE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED.IM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. BUYERS BE AWARE. 5/17/13 Ok I receive a email which DOESNT say anything about my purchase. You are telling me to contact Roddick with no contact number. What is the purpose of your reponse to me? Im still left with a dress I cant do nothing with. I dont have any money to be wasting. "
