"This company took the order and I paid via PayPal. The item was 'processed' but never dispatched despite advising 24hr dispatch was usual. The customer telephone 'helpline' was a message box, and emails were never answered. One week after order their tracking service still indicated no shipping had taken place. I opened a dispute via PayPal. On checking tracking again the order was then indicated as 'completed' although further checking revealed the item was not in stock. I threatened a claim via PayPal, and the money was eventually refunded on 6th June. DO NOT USE this company. It does NOT respond to customer enquiries."
