The customer telephone \u0027helpline\u0027 was a message box, and emails were never answered. One week after order their tracking service still indicated no shipping had taken place. I opened a dispute via PayPal. On checking tracking again the order was then indicated as \u0027completed\u0027 although further checking revealed the item was not in stock. I threatened a claim via PayPal, and the money was eventually refunded on 6th June. DO NOT USE this company.
