"I wanted to order a watch on superchrono.com. I hadn't seen reviews as below on website such as resellerrating.

So...As everyone said, superchrono.com is a scam !
After 10days and no news I sent an email and surprise ! their answer was "Hi, we check for you" ...After reading reviews about them I then sent
"I'm sure I won't get any watch, so refund me or I ask Paypal to solve the issue"

Then : "Wait, the watch has been shipped"
Me : "I'm sure you don't have any watch, so I want a refund"

I'm still waiting for the refund ,and for sure I'll warn Paypal, Singapore authorities and watch forums ..."

"Like the other reviewers, these people are total crooks. They sent a defective product very late, and I duly returned it. Have been chasing for months now for refund, or return of functional watch. I am now initiating legal action, as these people are disgusting and crooked.

They should be struck off the register of companies, a total despicable disgrace."

"Absolute thieves don't go any where near them absolute scam sent the $250 never for the watch heaps of emails saying they would look into it. Still nothing they sai ether would refund into PayPal never heard a thing unfortunately contacted PayPal to late 90 days after so they said they couldn't do anything about it

"Its been 3 three months now since since i ordered a watch and paid $132.00 from superchrono..but NO WATCH arrived! NOTHING!
Countless emails were sent..and their replies are "we check for you", and then "we check for you" and "we check for you".. "we refund for you". Ok, so i decided for a refund..and the reply again was "we check for you". Hahaha..at these very moment a havent receive my $132.00! WARNING to all online buyers!"

Please spare a bit of your time to visit www.gov.sg (Singapore Government Directory), and inform/email to all the relevant agencies.Just so they know theres a suspicious company operating in Singapore (if the address is true, but even if it is not, which means deliberate use of fake address in singapore,thus more reason for the authority to check them out).
Since the webstore has address in Singapore, the Singapore Government should look into the matter or at least keep a watchful eye, whether financially, regulatory,fraud,tax ,commercial crime etc etc.

"OMG what a nightmare!!!!! Ordered a watch to give my girlfriend for x-mas. Credit card was charged then I didn't hear from these people for like a week. When I tried to send an email about my order status all I got was "we check for you". Another week went by with no response. Sent 2nd email and got "item is on its way" with no tracking info provided. Waited almost 2 weeks and got absolutely nothing. Sent my 3rd email trying to get a tracking number and got "we check for you" again. At this point I felt I was just being jerked around so I had to go through paypal to get a refund.

Online shoppers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"STAY AWAY FROM SUPERCHRONO !
Do not order at that Store - even not with paypal. Anyways paypal was involved in my issue and I got my full money back within 24hours. If I had payed with credit card I am pretty sure my coins were gone ( my order was priced at 500USD! )
Superchrono will trying to cheat you. See my mail corrospondence below and compare with other users reports.

"Superchrono is not to be trusted!!!! Go elsewhere. I ordered a Seiko SKX007J on May 29th and they immediately were paid by PAYPAL. After numerous e-mail exchanges and lies by them about having it shipped and checking into my order (really??), I filed a claim with PAYPAL before the 45-day PAYPAL deadline. Guess what, they immediately gave me a refund. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Do not let their prices fool you. Not worth the aggravation! Ruined my birthday present by waiting over 5-weeks for nothing! They do not have customer service and will not provide tracking numbers for parcels, which means that they are not really shipping anything. Now they tell me that they are using Singapore Post, not Fed Ex like their website says they do. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!"

"Non-delivery of item after 5 days, and no issuance of a refund after 3 days even though I was assured multiple times that I'd get my money back "within 24 hours" or "by today".

Best to stay wary of this seller."

"like many of the reviews from others on this site i experienced the same poor replies to e mails ,promised delivery in 4 days,payment via paypal instant for tw steel watch for 530 us dollars, i wish i had seen this site before ordering. they vet the reviews and is most likely false,famous reply to e mail we are checking.dont order and paypal should remove them from there list of reliable vendors"

"They are fraud. I bought a watch from them and I paid for it by PayPal imediately but I still hasn't got the item which is $300. I claimed about it and ask to pay my money back but they still hasn't sent my money back.
Be awear !!They must be fraud!!!
I'll write a review if they sent me back the money.
Plese watch how it'll goes.

"STAY AWAY: had to go to pay pal to get my refund. They kept saying they would check into it and it had been sent but it hadnt and couldnt give me a tracking number. English terrible. I cancelled my order quickly after reading the reviews as it sounded exactly what was happening to me. Waiting to see if money is returned quickly."

"Stay away from this company - they didn't have record of my order even after the sent confirmation - they didn't have a shipping record - I had to file a complaint with Pay Pal before I got a credit to my account. I've also checked other on-line reviews and people have had nightmare experiences with them. They are high priced and located in Singapore. Caveat Emptor."

"I have ordered a Citizen watch for $450 one mounth ago. I immediately transfered the money per Paypell, and they confirmed it. After a week I ask them to look after my watch. They answered: "Yes, we check!" wf... shit costumer service, poor english knowledge... Still I don't have received anything. I think I won't receive anything in the future. I am a lawer so it is sure I will denounce this company in every authority, offical, e police.. etc. Superchrono is a cheater!!!!"

"Beware of SUPERCHRONO; they are thieves!! My wife had purchased a CASIO Gshock watch and paid $180.00 for this watch; first off their prices are way over priced, second their customer service is terrible. She had made several attempts to contact this seller and their response have been short very uninformative replies. Third it's been 3 weeks since the order was placed and still not product.

I personally wouldn't purchased anything from them; I've read several bad reviews about SUPERCHRONO.

Superchrono did provide us with a tracking number which still show no shipping information after 3 weeks. Beware beware of superchrono do not purchase anything from these P.O.S's..."
