"Staff are always extremely knowledgable, helpful, and savvy. Prices are very competitive, and they have large quantities of stock at all times. I've ordered from them time and time again, and i've never had any issues. "

"This is a verry good store,they have exellent pricing,great selection and availability.
Service is courteous and knowledgeable.
The shiping fees are the lowest i've seen and the items get delivered promply.

I don't like buying on the web but this store has changed my mind,i will be a return customer and highly recommend them."

"RB rocks!!! the place was crowded and I had called earlier for memory they couln't find it so they gave me better memory for the same price!

They'll also match almost any price in the region

"Great selection! Lots of new components are continually added. Price matching is another plus! Shipping was very good, packed well! Quick replies for questions, the only thing is getting order status can be a little iffy."

"This is my second experience with RBC.
I used the price match for two products in my order and the price for each was reduced.
I received the confirmation the same day.
I had to contact them about shipping and their cooperation was excellent.
I will continue to shop at RBC.

"Great service, and product quality is usually right on. Did have one problem with the younger tech, tested a fan, and was told it was good, when I retested it was fried. Returned it, and they retested it (different tech) and it was dead. They replaced it with no hassle.

Always been a firm supported or RBC."

"Best price in Ottawa on almost everything (if not everything).

"Great return policy! Ordered two parts on different occasions that ended up being factory defects, took them back to the store, they replaced products, no hassles or problems, no questions asked (unlike some other stores). Freindly staff, and quick to get new hardware in stock."

"I got an Antec 480Watt True Blue from these guys and just now, 7 months later, it dies I have sent it back to them and there are getting me a new one ASAP, now that is great service NO 2 week wait like some other major online Computer places.
