"Superb service. Best prices in town for most items. Every time i find a lower price they matched. If I needed it express they did everything possible to accomodate it. I bought almost everything on my home PC's from them, 2 servers for the lab that I work on. Never had any problem with them. Rob and all the stuff try to help you in any way they can. We placed a special order for Optical cards and they went out their way to get them for us from Taiwan.

The best store to buy from in Ottawa. Keep up the good work guys."

"Rob and the rest of the employees of Shoprbc have done an amazing job with my various orders over the past few months. I usually order early on in the week I need the order delivered by the weekend to make client deadlines. They ship with the speediest of couriers and meet my deadlines time and time again. They haven't disappointed me yet and I don't intend on being disappointed. Their continual drive for customer satisfaction is amazing. The products they offer are always the latest and the greatest at competitive prices. I can't express how much I enjoy shopping from them. Just last week a board that was defective was replaced without any question. Now this is the service we should expect from all merchants. However that isn't the case and that’s why RBC Computing continues to rise to the top. I look forward continuing doing business in the future and highly recommend this company over any other."

"I just want to post my comments on RB Computing
to help others who are looking for an online store
they can trust.The best part about RBC is that once you place your order you don t have to worry
about anything.You will get the best prices and the service is really the best you will ever get.
It is like having your personnal computer store right across the street.In the two years I have known RBC ,the manager is always there for me and is No.1 priority is customer satisfaction.This sets new standards for online shopping! jr

"Wonderful Store, I have bought many things from them, and they're always the best. I would never buy from anywhere else, as they always have great prices, friendly employees, and I have never had a problem with anything from there. I have been buying from there store for more than 2 years now, and wish I knew about them sooner. Excellent, 100%!"

"I've purchase parts to build three computers over the past three years from shoprbc.com and I've never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful, shipping times are lightning quick, and you'd be hard-pressed to find better prices anywhere on the internet! Outstanding!"

"RBC has one of the most accurate, current, and easy to navigate websites I have browsed and shopped from. They have a really good selection of everything, price match availability, and great prices to begin with.
Shopping and ordering was hassle free, my product ordered in and shipped to me quickly.
I would shop here again.
NOTE: shipping method is UPS, who decided not to bother arranging/doing a proper delivery and collecting my signature, but rather to leave my purchase outside on the patio while I was out of town for 5 days. While NO FAULT of shopRBC, you might want to make sure someone will be home when your UPS delivery arrives.
ShopRBC's Chris & Scott contacted UPS, and ultimately a local courier in my area came and re-collected the package and took it to their depot for me to pick up.
Excellent customer service on the part of RBC. 110%."
