"After over 3 months now of trying to deal with this company on a damaged product that was purchased over the internet, it's very clear that this company is dishonest in its communication. First, the product arrived very late. After a call I was told it was "on backorder" which had never been communicated. Soon after, the item, a rolling computer cart, was delivered to my home. It arrived damaged, with the surface peeling in several places. They claim that their web site was down and did not receive an e-mail. I don't believe this at all. They also have promised 4 times that UPS will come and pick up the product, but it still sits on my porch. This company, likely a family that resells things via the internet, is not an honest company. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I emailed the company after reading the horrible reviews to make sure the item was in stock and they replied that it was. I order the item with 3 day shipping. Called 5 business days later and was told to call back later. Called the next day and was told the item has shipped. Called 3 days later and asked for a tracking number asked to call back later. Called a few days later and was told I shold have already recieved the items and that they were contacting the shipper. Called a few days later and threatened to dispute the charge and was told the item hadn't shipped and asked if I would like to cancel the order which I said yes. Called a few days later to ask where my credit was was told they would credit my card again. Called several days later to ask about credit and boss wasn't there... Currenly disputing the charge. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else for a few bucks more."
"Avoid this store, I made a order for three day delivery, and three days later when I have heard nothing. I called to inquire just to be lied to and given a false UPS tracking number. I cannot get them to answer there phone or respond to email. Avoid this store, it is not worth the pain and suffering that they will inflict."
"I first noticed sbhcorp because of its extremely low prices when searching for a gift for a family member this year, but after reading many reviews from the past, I was hesitant as to whether or not I should trust them. some of the reviews stated that they took forever to ship, terrible communication, damaged or wrong items, and just about everything else that a buyer does not want to see when reading a review on a website. Even though I read all of these reviews I went ahead and ordered the item hoping for the best. Immediately after I ordered it I called their customer service to discuss my concerns and I could tell from the start that they have changed their ways and improved in just about every way that they needed to. In the end, my package arrived exactly on time and their customer service and communication couldn't have been any better. DO NOT AVOID THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE OF REVIEWS WRITTEN IN THE PAST. If you notice, many of these reviews are from over a year or two ago and I know from experience to this date that this business has improved drastically. I highly recommend them and will certainly return soon."

"Avoid this store. I made the mistake of not checking reseller ratings before buying because they had a decent price. Apparently they sacrifice customer service, communication, and polite knowledgeable employee's for low pricing. Not worth it.They shipped my order after sitting on it for 4 days. I called on the 3rd day and they lied and said it would ship that day and I would get a confirmation email... neither of which actually happened. I called again the following day and was told the same thing... by a RUDE employee. Hopefully this was not another lie. Will see soon I guess.Either way... this is no way to treat a customer after a $500 order."
"I ordered a Bel RX65 from them and never got an invoice or a email confirmation and they wouldn't return my call. They did however charge my credit card. I protested the charge and after my credit card company got involved I received the merchandise still without an invoice or a packing slip that should have provided an invoice. They were the least expensive but not worth the hassle. I would gladly pay more elsewhere to deal with a reputable company. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Sometimes saving $10.00 on a $200+ piece of electronics is not worth the angst."
"I placed order over the internet on 8/9/06, and received an email confirming order. I sent an email requesting "tracking number", without a reply. I contacted vendor three times to get a tracking number after waiting more than ten days. Note: Item should have been received in seven days. Vendor is unable to provide me with a tracking number or if the item was shipped. At this point, I feel as this vendor is playing a scam. I sent a second email without a reply. After making three phone calls, and two emails, without a productive response, it is obvious I don't want to do business with them."
"Made the order and waited for a few weeks. It never showed up. I called, they couldn't provide a valid tracking number for it. They did a "trace" on it, another week goes by. They determine UPS lost it, they would ship it out again "next week". I got what I ordered in the end, but it took over a month and a ridiculous number of phone calls.The funny thing is, I went with them because they were $10 cheaper on a $200 item. I wish I had just paid the extra $10 and not had to worry/wait."
"This place is really awful. Ordered a head unit, received the incorrect (inferior) model in the mail. (looked suspiciously like a bait and switch) Took many phone calls to get a return pickup scheduled. Finally the item was picked up. Called to confirm that they had received the returned item. They said they had not. I found the return tracking receipt. They had received it 15 days prior. Just before I was about to call them again, they called the next day to say they had received it.The head unit I originally ordered was no longer available so they offered to send me the newer replacement for it for an extra $35 over my original order. I accepted. A few days went by and I called for a tracking number. They said it was out of stock and it would ship 'next monday'. It is now Tuesday and I called again and they said it was still not in stock and would ship next week. The original order was placed on Jan 28, and IT IS NOW MARCH 15th!!!I would never ever buy from these people ever. The attempt to save a buck has been completely thwarted. The portable electronics market is full of companies like this. It is worth the extra cash to buy from Crutchfield or somewhere that has actual customer service."
