Disappointing service- awful customer service from J&J Int'l
"Ref:153347 SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR mod: RF31FMESBSR/AA. Customer Service leave you waiting and waiting - on October 10, 2017, I tried to speak with a Customer Service Supervisor in J&J (wait time 55min) and the conversation last 15min tops. People in Customer Service are very rude, Unfortunately the Samsung brand is carrying the blame of such a less than poor service and disappointing energy to help the customer. ORDER#2068839 will be cancelled - I did it online. "
"I purchased my sound at on 7/31/16 and just over a year it's broken. The problem is that the battery doesn't stay connected. If you hold the battery it works. Any other company I dealt with just would give me one because it was just off warranty when I called back in the beginning of sept. But not this company. I paid a lot for this sound bar at least the remote should work for more then a year and 1 month. Ridiculous but I guess your company needs the miney"

"Won't say how long I have to wait, but it cost a ton for basic shipping. Not thrilled. Couldn't find a number to call and speak to a human. Not even sure I'm going to get what I really need after waiting an indeterminate amount of time to receive it. Wish there had been someone to speak to. Will definitely update my review on Yelp when I finally get it. "
