"Ordered a pair of 18' Monster Cable MonsterBass 400 Subwoofer Interconnect's (brand new /retail package) . Price was great ($6 each) and shipping was fast . Very happy with the Stootsi (daily deals) and service .
"Ordered 2 of the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. Stootsi web site says they were brand new in retail packaging. Received 2 opened, used, damaged units. It was absolutely the worst experience any customer could have. Would NOT buy from Stootsi again and would NOT recommend this website to anyone. STAY AWAY!"

They should explicitly say it will ship 3-5 days "from the end of the sale", and they should say when the end of the sale is. You're under the impression it's a 24 hour sale. In this case, it went on for a week."

I ordered 2, one for me, one for a friend. I do wish it was packed better...although the contents arrived undamaged, the Guitar Hero boxes were a bit beat up. But at this price, easy to overlook."
