"Ordered Canon D20 body. Received shipment info within 24 hrs. When UPS tracking number failed to appear, requested reason why from site. Got response within minutes with the tracking number!
Received shipment in 4 days. Package arrived exactly as stated, sealed, all new manuals, software, cables. Camera itself looks and functions like a brand new one. Registered it with Canon too. So far, am very pleased with everything about Refurb Depot. Was a little nervous as I discovered this site AFTER I placed my order. But it has worked out very well for me and would definitely give them a shot when/if I need something else. "

"A horrible experience. I ordered a Canon camera. It arrived damaged and I wanted to get my money back. They told me of a restocking fee that I wasn't aware of and it took a long time on the phone to reach a real person. They advertise "factory refurbished, like new, A+" but the camera I received was "D+".
It may not be their fault since they get the refurbs from the camera company but they should have some quality control and make themselves more accessible to customers. To add insult to injury it took almost two weeks to get the item!!"

"Ordered my f2105 HP display. Took forever to ship. When it finally shipped, the display BLEW UP my $250 video card in my $2500 PowerMac computer, and RefurbDepot REFUSED to replace the video card that THEIR MONITOR blew up. Will NEVER shop there again! Don't bother shopping at RefurbDepot.com, if you value your sanity. Out $250.00, a highly unsatisfied customer I am! :-("

"WOW...I WAS AMAZED BY REFURBDEPOT.COM...TRUST ME THEY ARE REALLY FAST AND RELIABLE...I ORDER MY GIFT FOR MY SON...I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED THAT ACTUALLY FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 DAYS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER... BUT I WAS SOOO AMAZED THAT IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONEDAY AND I ALREADY GOT MY ORDER..AND MY MERCHANDIZE WAS SO SECURE... I'M A 100% SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I'M PRETTY SURE I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN....."

"For the second time they are holding up my order becaue my shipping address is different than by CC billing address. On both occasions I have told them that the SHIP TO address is on file with my bank as an alternate address but they pay no attention. Further, they do not answer email and they do not cancel the order when you ask them to. There are many other refurb deals out there. These people are the only ones I have had this problem with and are not worth the hassle. Burned twice. Never again."

"They have charged my credit card but haven't heard anything from them. I don't have an invoice number since I can't get intouch with them. I sat on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. If you like that kind of service this is your store!"

"I will NEVER order from Refurbdepot.com again! I recently placed an order with them for a digital camera. Nine days later and the order still has not been shipped! What is worse, I contacted them five days ago to check on the status of the order and the customer service representative assured me that my order was being shipped that day. I called again today to find out that I had been lied to and the item is not even in stock (even though the web site says that it is)! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife and now I am stuck trying to find a substitute. Refurbdepot.com never bothered to let me know the item wasn't available and they didn't waste any time charging my credit card. Now I am in the process of trying to get my money back! BUYER BEWARE!"

"Ordered 2 refurbished XBOX 360 Elites for my son's birthdays. Received both next day. In one week one unit ceased to function (red ring of death). Returned it 7/1/09, they received it 7/2/09 & were to ship a replacement within 7-10 days. As of 7/24/09, nothing. They keep telling me the are out but replacements should be in "in a couple of days". Not sure what they're warranty is really worth if they can't replace the defective units they sell. Won't be doing business with them ever again!"

"SAMSUNG DVD-VR330 arrived with no protective packing. They claim Samsung packed it. I don't care who packed it, this is unacceptable. 15% restocking fee + shipping both ways."

"Almost five years ago. I purchased an Olympus camera from referb depot. got it quick everything was in the box. No problem as a matter of fact I still use that camera today. Since I had such good luck then I gave them a chance on 4/20/07 I purchased an Akai 26 inch it came within a week. The TV had a vertical line on the left side of the screen. Monday 4/30/07 I called them about the set. They gave me 1800 and said this who I need to call. When I called it. It was to get the TV fixed. I refurb depot back and said I'm not getting this fix you are taking this back. They said I have to wait for a RMA number. When I did get it it was 5/3/07 and it gave me another address to send the TV to. They got that bac 4/16/07. I guess they didn't have another TV to send me because I kept getting excuse after excuse. Finally 5/29 I asked for a refund. Every day after that I have been ccalling about my refund lie after lie. It is 6/6/07 nothing yet. So I decide to call my bank to get my money back"
