"4/23/17I had a really amazing experience with them. I placed on order on Wed. 4/19 in the evening (almost 10pm). I ordered my granddaughter's Communion dress, veil, gloves and bolero jacket. I was a little nervous because there wasn't much info out there but my granddaughter really liked the dress they had and it was reasonably priced. They were 5 stars amazing! I sent them an email on 4/21 because I mistakenly thought they over charged me $11. They responded immediately via email. Yasmine was polite and gracious while explaining the issue. I forgot some sizes (generally over 8) you add $5. I was aware but forgot). I get home that same day Fri 4/21 and my order already arrived! I was shocked (they say expect 10-14 business days) & thrilled. The dress & veil are gorgeous. The gloves are adorable and match perfectly. The bolero jacket is also really cute but for some reason not comfortable & scratchy. That is the only negative I can mention. The dress is made well, very nice material and is fully lined with a built in additional style hoop. I'll upload pictures when I can but I'm genuinely happy and will totally use them again!Grace"

"My experience with Prettyflowergirl.com has been far less than desireable. I have been trying to contact them in everyway possible without ANY success. I was contacted by email, in no relation to the questions I inquired about, to inform me 1 of the 2 items I ordered was unavailable and my order was on hold until I responded. I responded within 3hrs with explicit instructions to CANCEL my order. I have not received a refund, I have not received the product and I have NOT received a reply to my message thus far. I have a full time job and it is not to email/call them around the clock. BUYERS BEWARE!!!"
"I am very disappointed in my experience with prettyflowergirl.com. My niece and I ordered a dress for my wedding and paid for 2 day shipping to ensure the dress made it on time. Upon ordering, the dress showed as in stock and available. When the dress still hadn't been delivered 7 days later, we called the company but received no response. The following day, I called and left a voicemail, sent an email and sent a facebook message. They did respond to the initial facebook message only to tell us the dress was out of stock but would be shipped that day. I replied and requested a tracking number because the wedding was days away but received not response. After the wedding, I again contacted them and requested a refund on the shipping charge and again received no response. The customer service with this company leaves a lot to be desired and I do not recommend using this site. "
"Ordered and paid for 3 dresses nearly a month ago. All items I ordered were in stock and available. I still have not received my order. I have contacted the customer service multiple times both through e mail and telephone and have gotten no response. Disputing my payment with paypal. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL"

"dresses are fine on this website. However, do not order any accessories from them it's only suitable for dolls not for girls. I ordered couple of bags and a tiara for my daughter and what I actually received is just toys (completely useless). So, watch and read the size carfully before you buy any accessories as it's also not exchangable and non returnable.Do not order any cloths that has no measurement. I ordered a size 10 suit for my 8 years old son and it's too small for him. they offered exchange but to send it back from ca to us it'll cost me a lot of money blus headache. P.S: there was no measurment for the suit so I just chose one size more than my son's age hoping that it should be fine but it is not.I also bought a coat for my daughter which looked so different in the reality. It's verrrrry tall on her while the shoulders and the sleeves are fine (something wrong on the model itself) they offered size exchange but as I said it is her size but way too long. I kept everything but I will not order from them again at least not any accessories or any cloths with no measurement."
"When my mother and I found out that the flower girl dress for my wedding was out of stock last week, we were both quite upset..customer service took the time to apologize and informed us that we could cancel the order or choose a different style of dress. We decided to choose a different style of dress and it actually arrived today. The dress is stunning...It looks prettier than the one I originally ordered! Thank you to the customer service rep who was patient with me! "

My niece's dress was delivered last weekend and I'm very pleased with the quality! The price for the dress was cheap and the shipping was super fast! "I would not consider buying from this seller again. I had similar difficult and unpleasant experiences with a return. If you a;re absolutely 100% sure that you are going to be completely satisfied with your purchase, then by all means place an order. But if there's any chance you're going to have to exchange you have to email them WITHIN 7 DAYS. At least the buyer below was able to talk to someone...I called and left a series of four messages over 2 weeks and never got a response. I finally Facebooked them and someone emailed me back. But they were completely unwilling to consider an exchange because I hadn't emailed (calling wont work) in the first 7 days. Definitely buyer beware and once they have your money they couldnt care less about you. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. "
"On May 2nd I ordered a bolero jacket and gloves for my daughters communion which is on Saturday May 11th. Their website clearly states to allow 1-2 business days for processing which would mean my order would have shipped on Friday, May 3rd or Monday May 6th. It also clearly states that if an item is on back order that the customer will immediatly get an e-mail stating so, and giving the customer the option to cancel the order or leave it on back order. I called the company on Wednesday, May 8th to find out that the jacket was on back order and that it just arrived and that they would ship it out today but could only send it priority which would have it to be Saturday morning by 11am. When I told the representatve on the phone that that does not help me because I need to be at the church by 10am, he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that this is completely unacceptable being that this is no fault of mine and that he should send it second day for me to have the order by Friday evening. After a very long while of instructing him on how to track down his manager, I was still rejected. I was told they are not allowed to send anything second day and there are no exceptions. Which leaves me to believe that this has happened so often that they were losing profit and have eliminated this shipping method at their expense....Now Leaving me now 1 business day to find these items. I would like to thank prettyflowergirls.com, for the added stress and for the worst possible customer satisfaction I have ever received. Such a complete let down."
"Buyer beware! Especially if you have to return anything. The customer service is rude, they do not notate any thing and they have a very poor tracking system. They make the customer feel like it is their fault with everything from sizing to returns and exchanges. Their exchange police is awful you are required to buy another dress and ship back the other one at your expense and then they don't refund you for the other dress unless you go through the bbb. If I were you stay away. They lie about stupid things and it was enough they took 1 month to refund my money after contacting the bbb and they really got me fired up when they lied."
"This site's return policy sucks. They wouldn't allow me to return a brand new, never worn, in the original packaging pair of shoes. They offered an exchange, however we found something else that fit so we just wanted a refund. I understand that people probably try and wear things just for a wedding and return them, but I made it clear this was not the case. Keep my $30 prettyflowergirl.com, I'll be bashing you online wherever possible. Hope it was worth it."
